Both the offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator of the Alabama Crimson Tide have significantly harmed the production of the talented players on this football team for the 2021 and, primarily, the 2022 season.  The play calling does not play to the strengths of the team, and at times is very predictable.  In order for these hard working and talented football players to perform at their fullest potential, it seems the most logical decision to be made at this time is the removal of Stephen Thomas "Pete" Golding from the position of Defensive Coordinator and William James "Bill" O'Brien from the position of Offensive Coordinator.  Their skills should allow them to find coaching positions elsewhere, however supporters of the Alabama Crimson Tide believe that position is not with this football team.  If this change takes place, the Alabama Crimson Tide will have the opportunity to grow and thrive as a football team once again.  If this change does not take place, the potential of these players and this team as a whole will not have the ability to reach its fullest potential.
