After the recent water outage and completely bungled response, dismissive and arrogant attitude, and overall incompetence shown by leadership from the DPU it is clear that April Bingham is not qualified for this job and should be removed from her position. I do not have faith that our local government will take any substantial actions on their own volition, therefore the people need to make their voice heard that we will not stand for this level of incompetence in our city.
