An alleged serial paedophile is on the prowl, roaming the streets of Nigeria freely. His name is EZEIKEL AGBOKUNLOKUN. We need to find him before he hurts any other children. We have multiple confessions on social media from survivors and witnesses. Including other survivors who will be willing to take a stand when the time comes For us to proceed to a trial. The ultimate goal is to have him tried for his actions and give the survivors the closure and justice they duly deserve.

But first, we must FIND EZEIKEL AGBOKUNLOKUN; his present whereabouts are unknown, hence why this petition has been introduced. We want this petition to do FIVE main things:

  1. Raise awareness about this alleged paedophile on social media by using #findezekielagbokunlokun.
  2. Alert the Nigerian public to keep an eye out for him.
  3. Encourage other survivors to speak out against his alleged atrocities.
  4. Have him tried in court to the fullest extent of the Nigerian Law and, in the process, give the survivors closure and justice.
  5. To start an action-driven conversation about bullying and the sexual abuse of children and teens in our society.

My introduction to EZEKIEL AGBOKUNLOKUN was when I was a student at Olashore International School, Iloko-Ijesha in Osun State. I was a student from 2004 and graduated in 2010. A private boarding school located in a remote area in Nigeria, founded by Late King Oba Oladele Olashore. Not long after Ezekiel Agbokunlokun started teaching at the school, the rumours began. Students, including myself, began to hear from male students (ages 10 - 15) that Ezekiel Agbokunlokun was an alleged paedophile, hurting multiple boys. Now will be the time to mention that my country Nigeria does not have a sex-offenders database. As a result, it is easy for abusers to thrive in any given environment; schools, churches, workplaces, orphanage homes and other places that house vulnerable children and teenagers. Abusers are typically free to roam around, perpetuating evil as they please. Ezekiel Agbokunlokun was eventually fired from Olashore International School only after he allegedly tried to assault a Governor's son. #ThisisNigeria.

On Dec 5, 2021, I started a thread on Twitter (https://twitter.com/Miss_Ebi/status/1467679733479788549 where I called out Ezekiel Agbokunlokun for his alleged crimes and condemned Nigeria's silence culture, especially in the face of abuse, which will allow predators like him to thrive. I started the Twitter thread, thinking that his only victims were students of my former school. To my surprise, multiple people have since replied to my tweet, giving their short accounts of the alleged atrocities Ezekiel Agbokunlokun did at their various schools across Nigeria. The chilling responses have since confirmed that we are definitely dealing with an "alleged" SERIAL-CHILD-SEX OFFENDER.

What moved me to start the Twitter discussion was to honour the life of an 11-year-old Nigerian kid, whom we all failed as a collective. SYLVESTER OROMONI was tortured, bullied, and force-fed poison by 5-6 teenage boys at his boarding school (Dowen College) in Lagos, Nigeria. One of the perpetrator's parent allegedly picked him up from school and has flown him out of the country to escape justice. #ThisisNigeria.

When we as a society, as a country, a global race of people, choose to be silent in the face of abuse and bullying, especially when it concerns children and teens, then we are actively participating in creating a society and country that is detrimental to ourselves and our loved ones. WE MAY AS WELL ALL BE DEAD.

I REFUSE TO PARTAKE IN THIS DETRIMENTAL CULTURE OF SILENCE ANYMORE. FOR THE SAKE OF THE CHILDREN AND TEENS OF NIGERIA AND THE MANY LIVES HE ALLEGEDLY TRIED TO RUIN, I URGE YOU ALL TO PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION, SPREAD AWARENESS, AND HELP US #FINDEZEKIELAGBOKUNLOKUN.
