Walter was starved. Then with his leash and a stake still attached, thrown from a moving vehicle.

Signing this petition is important because this behavior should not be tolerated. Walter did not deserve to be abused. He was worthy of a better life. Many of us are frustrated hearing of stories like this much too often. It is going to take every one of us, passionate about animals to speak up and make a difference.

Demand that Walter's killer be brought to justice so his death is not in vain.
