Everyday animals all around the country are abused, tortured, abandoned and killed. We hope that people dont turn a blind eye, after all we tell everyone, if you see something report it, their lives depend on it but we also want those responsible to be held accountable. If we dont make them accountable, what stops them from doing it again?

But what happens when you do report it and nothing happens, well the people responsible keep doing it and the person reporting it, gives up because what's the point. 

Whilst we can appreciate there would be alot of reports made daily, it doesnt give the necessary authorities the right to pick and choose which cases they will look into. The passing of the buck from authority to authority needs to stop.

I have been involved in so many cruelty cases that would make your heart stop beating and make you just want to run away, but that is not an option. These animals need someone to be their voice and if that means we take those departments/authorities that have stopped listening and stopped acting to task then so be it.

We need them to be taken to task because lives depend on it. We cannot allow animals to go through the worst times in their lives only to be ignored by the departments dedicated to helping them. We need them to remember they are worth fighting for and we need them to not pick and choose what they feel is worth looking at.

Lets stand united and remind them, we are watching them too and expect nothing less than their full committment to animal welfare especially when they are paid to do this vital role in our community.
