Fighting for Clean Air in Ohio - Opposing House Bill 201
The Issue
Sign this petition in opposition to Ohio House Bill 201. HB201 would prevent Ohio from adopting California’s vehicle emission standards. California’s vehicle emission standards are given authority through the Clean Air Act and require that 100% of new commercial vehicles be zero-emission vehicles by 2035. These emission standards work to reduce air pollution that are widely associated with health risks, especially for infants and underserved communities. Additionally, our emissions have immense effects on global warming which is the biggest threat to all life on earth!
