On November 4, 2011, Lincoln University graduating senior Kadeem D. Fulmore was in a severe car accident just seconds from his college campus with three other students, one of which was his best friend whom did not survive. Fulmore has received severe brain injuries and multiple amputations, which inhibit him from functioning daily tasks. It is our intention to persuade the faculty and administration of Lincoln University of Pennsylvania to grant Kadeem Fulmore his Bachelors Degree in Finance on May 6, 2012 at the university's commencement ceremony.
