Fight discrimination, Stand against Bill 21

Fight discrimination, Stand against Bill 21
The Issue
Bill 21 affects Sikhs, Muslims, Jews and Catholics (to a certain extent). The most affected religions are Sikhs, Muslims and Jews. These religions are banned to wear religious symbols like hijabs, turbans, yarmulkes and kippah’s in public workplaces. This restricts them from certain jobs, creating an unsafe environment.
These religions face hate crimes, discrimination from colleagues, heat prejudicial remarks, Islamophobia and xenophobia. The Bill violates Articles 2 and 15 of the Canadian Charter as it discriminates against religions and violates the freedom of expression of religious beliefs and thoughts.
This bill has gone on for too long, religious minorities are afraid in the province of Quebec. Help them get equality! Help fight against Bill 21!
