Dear FIFA and AFC Referees' Committee,

Iranian football referees seem to have been influenced by the Sports Minister, Masoud Soltanifar's personal taste and interest in the past four years or so blowing their whistles in favor of his favorite team_Persepolis FC_and against all its rivals.

We strongly believe that this claim will be confirmed if simply the following two games are observed painstakingly by the experts in your committee: 1. The July 18th, 2020 game between Persepolis FC and Foolad Khouzestan where the referee could easily have sent off two Persepolis FC players for violent fouls, yet they won the game with an obvious offside goal. 2. The week before that, i.e. the July 10th game, between Machine Sazi Tabriz and Persepolis FC, where the referee announced a wrong penalty at the 85th minute for Persepolis FC and they won the game 1-0 by scoring that penalty.

We, the Iranian football fans, would like a precise scrutiny of the performance of the referees of Iran's Pro league_the Persian Gulf Pro League_ in all Persepolis games at least in the past two seasons and their suspension from refereeing in case their mistakes in favor of Persepolis FC are proved to have been deliberate and influenced by any form of reward or threat from the Sports Minister, Masoud Soltanifar or even higher institutions and/or organziations.
