I've raised several questions and complaints on the FIA Ethics Hotline. These have either been ignored, answered with non-information, or been answered with a question for me.

They have admitted that, as a member of one of the FIA member organisations, I do qualify as a party to which the Ethics Committee should take action when I raise a complaint.

Please can you (either with your details, or using the anonymous option) contact the FIA Ethics Committee to raise a complaint about FIA failing to use Judicial & Disciplinary article 9.1.1 to refer the '21 Abu Dhabi result to the International Court of Appeal. Specifically mention the stewards incorrect interpretation of 'overriding authority' in the post race protest.
