The complaint that I raised to FIA Ethics Committee (about the integrity of the '21 WDC being compromised by the January '24 ICA definition of  'overriding authority' differing from the interpretation used by the Abu Dhabi stewards to dismiss the Mercedes AMG post race protest) was closed without any response.

I confirmed with FIA that I qualify as a party that is eligible to raise complaints to the Ethics Committee.

Further questions will be asked attempting to find out why my complaint was shut down.
