As suggested above, help us by calling the Town of Brookhaven to see if they can build a bridge on existing road space. The supports for the bridge would be on the land not in the water, and thus the TOB, is my thinking.  If so, will TOB now apply for FEMA support to fix Harbor Road in this way?   TOB general number is:  631-451-TOWN
