Where are the packages Fedex Austell GA?

This year people from around Atlanta, West Atlanta and South Atlanta (and who knows where else) have not only suffered because of COVID-19 but because of the struggles of the incompetence and disorganization of the FedEx Austell Facility where packages seem to arrive but disappear without reason and without explanation. 

It has been a while since I started knowing about people sending packages that were never delivered, that were delivered to the wrong (and far away) address or were lost and never found in the Austell facility and FedEx has not, in any of this circumstances claim any responsibility when this is something that has been happening for a long time and they know they have failures... BIG failures with their management, Where are your corporate executives? Do they know about this BIG problem? Why they seem not to care?

Where are the packages? Where are the purchased goods of hundreds of unsatisfied customers? Where are the products of companies trusting your services? Where is your responsibility as a company? 

I would like you to sign this petition so we as customers can make us hear and hopefully can have a better service in the area, is not fair we are all paying for such devastating service, we people of GA deserve to be treated with respect, no more lies, no more cover ups of what is going on, this is enough.
