Require FedEx Ground and FedEx Home contractor's trucks/vans to have working air conditioning for their delivery drivers.
The Issue
We live in Phoenix, AZ where the summers are brutally hot! FedEx employs contractors who provide the trucks/vans and employ the drivers for FedEx Home and FedEx Ground. I have seen drivers have to battle these unbearable conditions and this issue has affected our family personally. Extreme heat can cause many heath concerns including heat stroke, dehydration, and extreme exhaustion. Please help us require air conditioning in the trucks/vans that the FedEx contractors provide to their FedEx Home and FedEx Ground drivers.
