I have recently learned FedEx is taking away the hazardous pay, while we’re still in a pandemic. Also we have been having peak volumes and being told we can not use our PTO on Mondays and Tuesday because they are “BlackOut Days”. I starting to feel like FedEx does not care nothing about there employee safety. Still with very little cleaning supplies and hand sanitizers; managers are not wearing mask and making employee work peak hours and peak volumes at regular pay. Something has to change.
