Executive Overview

  1. FTC has been on a witch hunt since 2002 against our CEO Mr. Jay Noland. It has been a Massive Overreach with No Due Process.

  3. Receiver is Destroying SBH business not maintaining it as is the purpose of receivership.
  4. We are awaiting SCOTUS decision on the AMG v. FTC case. SBH is adjoined to that case along with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the DSA (Direct Selling Association).
  5.  The Affiliates, Customers and other Concerned Citizens are joining together to sue the FTC for egregious violation of our Constitutional Rights.
  6. Looking for support of this petition, join Class Action lawsuit and we welcome any Donations. All donations are greatly appreciated and received with the utmost gratitude..

Main Story: For the past decade, the FTC has been increasingly exceeding their authority. A practice that jeopardizes all businesses large and small. Companies, employees, affiliates and consumers are denied rights guaranteed in the Constitution. The FTC and other agencies are increasingly using these tactics on on many businesses. This is a danger to all businesses. Let us stop it here!

The following Review and Article describe the experience that we and others have lived under the FTC.

Wall Street Journal: “A Case of Blindside Regulation”

If the first question you ask yourself is, “Can the FTC/government punish me?”

No, is the short answer:
1.       You will have no liabilities by joining this lawsuit.
2.       You can withdraw at any time.
3.       It is your Constitutional Right to petition the government.
4.       This is a ‘Right’ we have not exercised enough.

That question should be the ‘sign’ that you need to join this cause. Stop the encroachment on our ‘Rights and Liberties’ by unelected bureaucrats. Interpreting laws and then bringing the full weight and force of government on our businesses, lives and incomes. The FTC has lost focus of the original charter.

Wouldn’t you take pride in being one of the citizens to help re-establish our Constitutional rights?  Don’t you think it is time the for the “White Hats” to win one against the bureaucracy?

We have a filing related to the AMG Capital v. FTC case heard Wednesday 1/13/2021 in the Supreme Court. (see linked articles). This case challenges the FTC’s abuse of its regulatory power. Our Class Action is a strong way to show the Court the public support for reining in these abuses.

It is time to stand up and speak up. Wouldn’t a higher quality of life be worth the effort to restore our constitutional federal republic?

We need your help!  We desire 5,000 plaintiffs ASAP.  The more we have the more weight it carries.

This is how the hearing went on Wednesday 1/13/2021. We are encouraged by what we read and hear.
