Greed Dot Bank has mismanaged the funds of it's customers. We want Green Dot held responsible and liable for it's customers accounts. Customers have had money missing from their accounts with no explanation. Customers have not recieved their prepaid debit cards in a timely fashion or haven't recieved them at all. Greendot makes it's customers aware that it may take 7 business days to recieve a card. Customers have complained to greendot on facebook and other review sites that they've been waiting 3 weeks to a month for a card. Customers are unable to withdraw funds from their accounts. Customers have been unable to speak to a green dot rep. Customers have not recieved their economic impact stimulus funds. The Green Dot facebook page has deleted post and comments with unsatisfied customers. The Green Dot app hasn't been functional. America is in a crisis due to covid 19 and Green Dot has left it's customers feeling vulnerable and helpless under the circumstances.
