16,000 applicants in the following subclasses 175, 176 and 475 thought they had a hope to settle in Australia and be reunited with their families but..... after more than 8 years of waiting in a limbo situation, on the 22nd of September 2015 the immigration department decided to cap and cease thousands of VALID applications as they never existed.
Although they followed the required rules to enter Australia, paid thousands of dollars and fulfilled all criteria, their hope have been crashed for no plausible reason, all their hopes were crushed under the tip of a pen!
