This action will bring ammo manufacturing to an all time low. It will make components impossible to come across, for the home reloader, and will effectively impede on American's Second Amendment Rights; through this action, it will create priority of all ammunition be provided to government agencies and military contracts. Any spill over, if any left, will be extremely high priced to the civilian market due to increased expenses due to licensing and storage regulations.

This hasn't been a reported issue to this industry, and it is a step towards a Government Acronym Agency overstepping their legal authority and redefining items without any due warning, to those in the industry, nor any justifiable reasoning with concrete evidence to defend any of these actions.

Make it known that it is NOT okay to release a change that impacts the whole industry without any prior notification before the newsletter being issued with a single paragraph explanation.

Companies will now have to apply for an explosive license, store components in special magazines, start record keeping, and it will limit how much one may transport.
