Hampshire County, WV Judge Carter Williams is tearing families apart. He is trafficking children from loving families to sell to the highest bidder for adoption. He covers up abuse within child protective services agencies and becomes angry when you mention the abuse. He refuses to allow families to see children and then claims lack of a bond as a reason to deny custody when he is the one that prevented the bond. He yells at families, mocks families, belittles families, etc which proves how clear bias.

Written transcripts get altered and he refuses to give CD transcripts. He refuses to give pro sa family any transcripts at all.

Hampshire County, WV families need saved. Judge Carter Williams needs investigated and disbarred for tearing loving families apart.

Children have a right to grow up knowing th love of their families. Children have a right to know their family history. Children have a right to know where they come from.
