The Issue
We did not make a risky investment; we trusted legitimate FDIC insured banks to safeguard our life savings. We have lost money at the hands of American Banking Institutions, and we are here to FIGHT FOR OUR FUNDS!

I am a humble Yotta app user who, like thousands of others, has been seriously impacted by the lack of access to my savings, held in my FDIC-insured Yotta Savings account. This issue has been persisting since May 2024, causing significant stress and economic hardship, not only to me, but to thousands of individuals in a similar situation. The inability to access our hard-earned savings has crippled our financial stability.
Yotta is a fintech company that deposited users' funds into the FDIC-insured Evolve Bank & Trust, which is headquartered in Arkansas and regulated by the Arkansas Banking commissioner and the St. Louis Fed. As of May 11, 2024, most of the funds deposited have been "frozen" by Evolve Bank due to issues surrounding the now bankrupt funds-tracking software (Synapse Finance/ Brokerage) that was used.
Evolve claims they do not have our funds, even though the Yotta app still shows my accurate balance and account number, with a routing number assigned to Evolve Bank.
Since Synapse's bankruptcy, Evolve has repeatedly denied any knowledge of where our funds are and has refused to return funds to the rightful owners. Without our hard-earned funds, some of us have had to postpone wedding plans, miss mortgage and rent payments, medical bills, schooling, etc. To my knowledge thus far, we, the users, have not received adequate assistance from our government. Some agencies that users have reached out to include the St. Louis Fed, FDIC, CFPB, and the Arkansas Banking commissioner.
Yotta, Juno, Evolve, and Synapse Brokerage have an ethical and legal obligation towards us, the end users. It is essential that they cooperate with each other to rectify the situation as soon as possible and return all missing funds. The current predicament is untenable and warrants immediate action to protect the rights and interests of all affected end users.
Consider that in 2021, the Federal Trade Commission reported approximately 2.2 million complaints involving fraud and financial abuses - issues exactly like ours - with total dollar losses topping $3.3 billion (Source: FTC Data Book 2021). This is not just an isolated instance, but a part of a broader, growing problem that needs to be addressed.
