BAN ANIMAL TESTING IN THE USA:

Animal testing is brutal, inhumane and heartless. How can people allow the burning, poisoning, shoking, cutting and killing of 100 million animals every year? Millions of animls go through the unforgiving animal cruelty of beauty products. If we really want everyone to live happy lives, why go through with animal testing? Animal testing doesn't work. Evidence is showing that we can get much better answers about human health and develop with more effective therapies if we use human based tests instead. Our genes are different then animals, so we function differently and react differently to chemicals. Using animals won't solve any of our answers for diseases and curing them. 9:10 drugs that appear promising in animal studies go on to fail in human clinical trials because it is not possible to accurately predict how they will behave in people when we use animals for testing. There are nearly 100 alternitives to animal testing to make products cruelty free. If there are animal protective laws, then why does the US still alow animal testing if it puts animals through pain, agony and death? And if it is not required to test on animals, why still do it?  If you sign this petition, please pledge to end buying products that use animal testing. That includes household items, beauty products and makeup.
