Heart surgeon Dr. Mehmet OZ is running what amount to extended informercials for products with unsubstantiated health claims in my opinion. These claims may conflict with the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. 

We request that the Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commision investigate his sales and advertising practices, and require him to hold to all relevant laws protecting consumers from any unsubstantiated medical claims.
