We understand that data caps for cellular data is here to stay. What we are requesting is that when allotted a monthly data allowance, that we the consumer would be able to use that allotted amount unrestricted. We ask that we would no longer have to pay a fee for the ability for internet device tethering, we ask that we would not longer have to pay a fee for the ability to video conference via carrier data (3G,4G,LTE,etc.), and we ask that we would simply be able to use our monthly allotted data allowance as we see fit without carrier restrictions within the limit (data usage amount) of our allotted data amount.
