Over the past few years, most notably the years from 2000 to present chrysler has built vehicles that have serious safety and quality issues that they refuse to acknowledge and force the consumer to wait until the initial warranty has expired to acknowledge an issue.

Myself and several hundred other people have purchased new vehicles (ram 1500 ) and are now having very serious vibration issues at any speed. Consumers are being told that the issue is flat spots on tires from the vehicle sitting in the car lot over a period of time, and that the vibration will eventually go away after driving for a while. So that being said they have you purchase the vehicle under the premise that the issue will go away when in fact it will not but you've purchased the vehicle now and then they switch to the game of your tires are out of balance several times and then after that your warranty has expired and then the real problem will be recognized and you the consumer will have to foot the bill for an issue that should have been taken care of from day one ...under warranty. The rams have 2 major issues..the 1500 series has the vibration from any speed and the 2500 has the infamous  "death wobble" that Ford is now famous for. And now chevrolet is involved in a lawsuit for the "chevy shake"..sounds familiar huh ?

I'm hoping that this petition will shed light on practices that Chrysler is apparently informing their dealerships and salesmen to perform in order to sell vehicles. This is blatantly taking advantage of consumers during and even after a sale. Chrysler should take responsibility and repair these reported consumers vehicles or replace them.
