FBI Director James Comey has violated the Hatch Act -- barring federal employees from political activity -- by taking actions leading voters to believe he had reopened an FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's email controversy. He did so under pressure from operatives of Republican Presidential candidate, Donald J. Trump, thus perverting the 2016 Presidential election. We believe this was intended to assist Russian President, Vladimir Putin, adversely impact the 2016 U.S. Presidential election. Additionally,  as the Director of the FBI he has failed to investigate the political and financial relationships between Messers Trump and Putin that would create a serious conflict of interests that could compromise Mr. Trump's ability to protect and defend the United States of America should he be elected President. Lastly, in addition to compromising the legitimacy of the election process, Director Comey's actions are providing aid and comfort to an enemy adversary of the United States of America.
