Arrest Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III for firing Andrew McCabe.

On March 16, 2018, Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III fired former FBI Acting Director Andrew McCabe. The firing was timed so as to deny Mr. McCabe the pension he had earned in over 20 years of honorable service to our country. This was done at the urging of Donald Trump, and in retaliation for testimony given by Mr. McCabe regarding the firing of James Comey.

Per 18 U.S. Code § 1513 - Retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant:
(e) Whoever knowingly, with the intent to retaliate, takes any action harmful to any person, including interference with the lawful employment or livelihood of any person, for providing to a law enforcement officer any truthful information relating to the commission or possible commission of any Federal offense, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

Attorney General Sessions' action in this instance is a textbook case of a violation of the statute. Since he did it at the urging of Donald Trump, it is also a violation of:
• 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States
• 18 U.S. Code § 372 - Conspiracy to impede or injure officer

Inasmuch as no one is above the law, we call on FBI Director Wray to arrest Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III for his blatantly illegal action.
