On May 2, 1993 William H. Payton murdered Larry Yenger on his family farm located on Wesley Chapel Road in Fayette County, Ohio. Payton shot Mr. Yenger twice in the abdomen, then struck him over the head, leaving him in a field behind his home to die. William Payton is up for parole in September 2017, this petition is an attempt to stop his parole. Mr. Yenger’s family will be participating in victim conference day with the parole board and would like the communities support in keeping William Payton in prison. Please sign this petition to help this family and this community keep this individual incarcerated. All signatures collected will be presented to the Parole Board.
