The deputy in question shot a 10 pound dog in retaliation for an owner not bowing to his authority. The officer and the sheriff's department both claim the dog was aggressive which can be proven false by the video that has been circulating around social media. This officer clearly has mental issues in a superiority complex and needs to be held accountable for his actions. Please help me and asking the district attorney's office to formally bring charges against this cruel human being.
