It is all too often now that we are seeing animals abused, neglected or, in this case shot because of a human that has too much power and uses it wrongly. In this case, a small dog was shot and left to roll around and die with no regard for the suffering. There is no valid reason why a small dog like this had to be shot when the danger was at level zero. 

Lets each take a moment to address this and by starting with this instance we all can make our voices heard.
