This is for fathers who have been served unjustly due to false accusations, particularly domestic violence. 

The law massively favours woman/mum in this particular field and it needs to change! We're in the 21st century where fathers deserves equal opportunity and defence at no expense to them under false accusations, the same as the mother who claims these allegations.

The law is too quick to give legal aid to woman making false accusations regarding the father to receiving legal aid only to benefit her controll and ego, This is not fair.

In order to gain legal aid in a family Court, I suggest a criminal conviction must be absolutely necessary. 

Too many woman are using their children against their willing fathers who want to be involved in their children's lives. Even more woman are taking advantage of a system thats in place for actual victims of domestic violence. 

Its too easy to go onto Google and search "how to get a free solicitor" it's a step by step guide to show how to take advantage of a system that was designed to protect genuine victims. There needs to be penalties for this behaviour!

If fathers were to miss a child maintenance payment, you'd be hammered by threats with intent.

If a mother is being difficult with the children involved, there is no immediate consequence other than at the fathers expense!
