The family courts have systematically abused the power given them to alienate me from my child when all evidence provided them shows that it is in the best interest of my child to have equal, meaningful time with both parents as opposed to one. However, Oklahoma is a pro-mother state and the judge has used her power of judiciary discretion and gender bias to routinely rule in the favor of the mother when the motion filed was from the father and all evidence shows the contrary. This judge has allowed illegal litigation processes to occur in and out of her court room including defamation of character and extortion along with legal abuse of a child through the aid of the justice system. This judge in Kay County District Court is Judge Jennifer Brock, she has time and again broken her oath of office by allowing the corruption to sway her judgement and used her judiciary power to alienate my child from me. If it is happening to me and she is blatenly violating my civil rights, I know she must be doing it to other undeserving families. It's time to band together and put an end to the corruption in our courthouses as I have found this to be a problem within my own community and around the world. I move for equal parenting time for fathers as the automatic base starting point in domestic disputes involving children and the removal of Judge Jennifer Brock from her seat as Judge. I am a single father who has been fighting for over 5 years for the God given right to raise and participate in his child's life and I whole heartedly endorse this petition.
