Dr. Binder has recently been terminated by The Hillsborough county school district after a private investigation which brought forth no evidence towards the previous claims of misconduct against fellow co-workers. Jacqueline Enis who at the time was applying for the open Principal position at Farnell middle school lost to Dr. Binder who by far was a better candidate for the job. Enis then went on to file false complaint against Dr. Binder because she felt a sense a racism because she was not as experienced and didn’t get the job. When the county found this her claims were false she then went to the Tampa Organization Of Black Administrators (TOBA) and requested a private investigation be launched. This private investigation was taken on by a investigator which had lacked experience and showed no evidence in her claims of misconduct. Her claims where biased and only based on racism. Dr. Binder has been attack because he is the typical white middle age man. This needs to stop. Dr binder has never done anything to harm anyone or anything and has improved the overall education of students at Farnell Middle School. This petition once signed by 600 students will be emailed to the district.
