If you're from Nova Scotia, you've probably had moon mist ice cream at some point. Moon mist ice cream is a beloved flavour made by Scotsburn and farmers, sold only in the Maritimes. My whole family grew up on it, and i know many families who share that with us. And if you've had moon mist, you know that the Scotsburn recipe has nothing on the farmers recipe and almost brings shame to the very name of the flavour. A couple summers ago tragedy struck the hearts of all moon mist lovers when farmers bought the Scotsburn company. You see when merging the ice cream flavours of the two companies, farmers opted keep to the Scotsburn recipe rather then their own. Every spring i looked forward to having my first cone of moon mist, but now i'm left with nothing but disappointment. And that's what brings me here, i need your help in getting the attention of the farmers company, so we can get the change we deserve, if not to shed light on such dark times. So i'm asking, all my moon mist lovers, friends, family, and anyone looking to make a change to sign this petition and help bring back the pride and joy of summer in the Maritimes, bring back the good moon mist.
