The students of Fairfax County Public Schools believe we deserve the day after Halloween (11/1/19) off. Trick or treaters may end up sleeping way too late and as a result, end up ruining their school day ahead. We also have a quarter-end which would extend our break by a day. Those preparing for TJHSST also have an extra day to prepare for the test coming in the following week. Due to climate change, it is also very unlikely we use all of our allocated snow days.
