Far North Holdings to carry out "detailed vegetation survey on the hilltop site (Kellet Street)"
Far North Holdings Ltd today advised on its Facebook Page its intention to carry out a "vegetation survey" - (read into that what you will) - this "survey" apparently involves removing undergrowth/scrub and weeds (link below to their Facebook page) - sounds more like land clearing so please question them - they need to be reminded people do not want this!
SOS (Save Opua's Soul) are seeking the advice of a specialist RMA Lawyer - not easy to find someone not associated with FNDC/FNHL.

We are undertaking a detailed vegetation survey on the hilltop site (Kellet Street) and to do this we need to remove the undergrowth, scrub and weeds on the site.
To achieve this a contractor will be on site at some point in the next few weeks to carry out this low level scrub clearing. ^PH"
