The Issue

This TV series should be titled 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles And Other Strangeness'. This TV series should be rated TV-PG, with kids aged 7 & up being in mind and with there being a PG level of violence, and a PG level of swearing. On Paramount Plus, on home video, and on digital copy platforms, there should be the option to watch this TV series in black-&-white as an homage to the original 'TMNT' comic book series.

A lot of this TV series's episodes should have 2 or more stories.
This TV series should last for 12 seasons, with it following the Turtles from age 15 to age 19 and ending with the Turtles turning 20 years old. In the 11th season of this TV series, characters and other elements that were created for the animated TV series 'Rise of The TMNT' and the tie-in IDW-published comic book series of the same name should be used, with it being established that Empyrean is a mystical form of Mutagen(AKA Ooze) that resulted in the existence of mystical mutants erroneously referred to as "yokai"(who live deep under New York City in the Hidden City and who Michelangelo should dub "mystants"), 2 of whom being Baron Draxum(who creates the Oozesquitos and who should be voiced by John Cena) and Big Mama(who runs a fighting arena(which shouldn't be called the Battle Nexus, like it was in 'Rise of The TMNT') and an auction house in the Hidden City, and a hotel in New York City called the Grand Nexus Hotel), with this TV series's version of the Turtle Tank having a design that's a cross between the Turtle Tank seen in 'Rise of The TMNT' and the Turtle Tank that was a part of the original 'TMNT' toyline, and with it being revealed that Arnold Bernind "Casey" Jones's long-dead mother, Cassandra Jones, was once a member of the Foot Clan.
In the 12th season of this TV series, April O'Neil and Arnold Bernind "Casey" Jones should have a daughter named Marie Casey Jones, and Karai and Dr Chaplin should have a son named Hiroto. This TV series should be followed by a sequel TV series titled 'Adult Mutant Ninja Turtles And Other Strangeness' that picks up right from where this TV series leaves off, lasts for at least 7 seasons, and has an intro sequence that's modeled after that of the 5th season of the 2012 animated 'TMNT' TV series. 'AMNT And Other Strangeness' should cover a timespan of 20 years.
All previous music compositions & songs(including theme songs) from all previous 'TMNT' TV series, movies, and video games(including mobile video games) should be used for this TV series.

It should be established that in addition to Hamato Yoshi(AKA Splinter) getting ninjitsu(AKA ninjutsu) teachings from his father, Hamato Yuuta, in their home in the village Chihaya, he also got them from his great-uncle, Hamato Gyogi(who, as a little kid, survived the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and was blinded by the flash of the explosion of the atomic bomb that was used on said city, Little Boy), the Ancient One(who he received training from alongside the Ancient One's adopted son, Yukio Mashimi, who Yoshi became close friends with), and Charlie Llama. It should be established that Casey Jones had been married for 3 years to a woman named Gabrielle "Gabe" "Gabby" Jones(who was 25 years old when they met and who has a daughter from a previous romantic relationship with a man named Albert Puzorelli named Shadow Jones(who should be introduced in the 11th season as a 12-year-old, with her being taken in by Casey and April after Gabrielle dies), who he got divorced from a year before the start of this TV series. This TV series's version of the Shredder(AKA Oroku Saki)(who should have the head burn that he had in the 2012 animated 'TMNT' TV series and who should be voiced by Scottie Ray) should be a human who lived a previous life as a despot Utrom named Ch'rell(AKA Torrinon, Kako Naso, and Duke Acureds), who, after escaping from a prison in Dimension X, commandeering a ship that can be used for dimensional travel, and entering the dimension in which Earth resides, crash-landed in what went on to become Japan, and because of there being no sentient lifeforms to conquer, set a stasis pod that was onboard the ship to wake him millions of years later, after which he awoke in the 11th century and used an Utrom Exoskeleton that was onboard the ship to blend in with humans, took on the names "Takeshi Tatsuo", "Koga Takuza", and "The Shredder"(which he took on after learning about the samurai Demodragon named Kavaxas(AKA the Dragon Lord and Dragon Skull), who was known by that name) and founded the Foot Clan from the remnants of the Yuu Clan(which was founded by Shibano-sama). The Shredder(AKA Takeshi Tatsuo, Koga Takuza, Ch'rell, Torrinon, Kako Naso, and Duke Acureds) wound up meeting & falling in love with Kitsune(AKA the Fox Queen)(who's a member of the Pantheon). The Foot Clan had a centuries-long war with the Hamato Clan(which was founded by Hamato Koji). During a battle between the Hamato Clan and the Foot Clan, the Shredder(AKA Takeshi Tatsuo, Koga Takuza, Ch'rell, Torrinon, Kako Naso, and Duke Acureds)(who had recently started using a mystical suit of armor called the Kuroi Yoroi(AKA the Dark Armor)) was mortally wounded and Kitsune(AKA the Fox Queen) placed a spell on his soul that would make it so that he would be reincarnated as a human, and would eventually regain all of his memories from his life as an Utrom. After this, the Hamato Clan hid the Kuroi Yoroi(AKA the Dark Armor). Following the final battle between the Hamato Clan and the Foot Clan a year later, which resulted in the end of the Foot Clan, Hamato Yuuta(who was the leader of the Hamato Clan) adopted an infant Oroku Saki(who he raised alongside his wife, Hamato Atsuko, who died when Yoshi and Saki were teenagers) after he killed Oroku Saki's biological father, Oroku Keiji(who was then the leader of the Foot Clan and who, like many of his ancestors before him(including Oroku Sancho), had served as the 2nd-in-command of the Foot Clan under the Shredder(AKA Takeshi Tatsuo, Koga Takuza, Ch'rell, Torrinon, Kako Naso, and Duke Acureds)), and took Keiji's katana, which was forged by Toshi Kurahara in the 16th century and had been owned by all of those who had served as the 2nd-in-command of the Foot Clan. Many years later, in 1992, an adult Oroku Saki, after finding out about his heritage and the marriage of Hamato Yoshi and Tang Shen, ran away from home and took on the name "The Shredder" and brought back the Foot Clan(without yet knowing that he had originally been the Shredder), after which, in 1993, he sought revenge against Yuuta for keeping the truth from him and killing his biological father, and Yoshi for being in a romantic relationship with & getting married to Shen. It should be established that Oroku Saki has 2 biological older brothers named Oroku Nagi(who was an adult at the time of the final fight between the Hamato Clan and the Foot Clan, and was one of the casualties of said battle) and Oroku Kazuo(who was a young child at the time of the final battle between the Hamato Clan and the Foot Clan, was taken in by another family after said battle, and became a Tokyo detective as an adult). It should be established that the Shredder has a pet Akita Inu named Hachiko and a pet falcon named Koya.
This TV series's version of Karai(who's the 2nd-in-command of the Foot Clan, who should occasionally wear the mask that she wore in the 2007 animated 'TMNT' film, and who should be voiced by Karen Neill(AKA Nell Balaban)) should be a cross between the versions of her from the 2003 animated 'TMNT' TV series and the 2012 animated 'TMNT' TV series, and she should be Hamato Yoshi(AKA Splinter)'s biological daughter named Miwa, she should be 21 years old, and the point in time when Oroku Saki took the infant Hamato Miwa as his daughter(who he renamed "Oroku Karai") and left Hamato Yoshi for dead after Saki's accidental killing of Tang Shen, and inadvertent start of the fire that burned down Yoshi, Shen, & Miwa's home, should be 6 years before the event in which Yoshi found the Turtles in the sewers and came into contact with the Mutagen(AKA Ooze) that had gotten splashed on them, which should occur 15 years before the point in time from which this TV series picks up. It should be established that right after he accidentally killed Shen, Saki, blaming Yoshi for Shen's death, charged at him, but Yoshi knocked him unconscious and after gathering a number of prized belongings of his & Shen's outside, he realized that he had forgotten Miwa and started running to save her, but a fiery explosion knocked him back and he went unconscious, after which Saki awoke and picked up & ran off with Miwa. I have plotted out what the 1st-5th seasons and the first 10 episodes of the 6th season should entail.
The 1st episode of this TV series, which should be titled 'Turtle Power', should involve the Turtles's first few crimefighting endeavours, with the Turtles having their first encounters with Purple Dragons members(these Purple Dragons members should be John(who should be voiced by Eric Stuart), Two Ton, Spike(who should be voiced by Eric Stuart), Sunny, Cristo, Fong(who should be voiced by Andrew Kishino), Tsoi(who should be voiced by James Sie), and Sid(who should be voiced by Andrew Kishino)) and Foot Soldiers(who they should have a hard time fighting against at first, like in 'TMNT'[2003]). At different points in the 1st episode, including during the fight against the Purple Dragons, there should be narrations by Leonardo. The 1st episode should open with a recreation of the scene from 'TMNT'[1990] in which the Turtles covertly save April O'Neil from muggers, but with Raphael not having to leave behind one of his sais, followed by a scene that's modeled after said film's next scene, which involves the Turtles returning home after saving April. The music compositions used in said scenes from 'TMNT'[1990] should be used.
The next scene should involve the Turtles and Splinter celebrating the Turtles's 15th birthday. The 2nd-to-last scene of the 1st episode should be modeled after the final scene of the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'Rise of The Turtles - Part 2'. At the end of the 1st episode, Donatello should reveal to his brothers and Splinter the vehicles that he has been working on for the past 3 years in his large laboratory/engineering room in the Turtle Lair, which should be the Sewer Party Tubes(AKA the Turtle Tubes and the Sewer Army Tubes)(which are amalgams of the Sewer Party Tubes(AKA the Turtle Tubes) and the Sewer Army Tubes, which were part of the original 'TMNT' toyline and were used in 'TMNT'[1987]), the Sewer Slider, the Party Wagon(AKA the Turtle Van), the Battle Shell, the Shellraiser, the Patrol Buggy, the Turtlecycle, the Shell Cycle, and the Shell Sub(which should be larger than the version seen in 'TMNT'[2003]), and this should be followed by the Turtles running across NYC rooftops, with the ending narration of the 1st issue of the original 'TMNT' comic book series being used, and with the final shot being a recreation of the title panel of said comic book. The design of the Sewer Party Tubes(AKA the Turtle Tubes and the Sewer Army Tubes) should be a cross between the designs of the Sewer Party Tubes(AKA the Turtle Tubes) that were used for the original 'TMNT' toyline and 'TMNT'[1987], and the design of the Sewer Army Tubes that was used for the original 'TMNT' toyline. During the 1st episode's outro sequence, the song '9.95'(performed by Spunkadelic) should be played in the background.
In the 2nd episode of this TV series, the Turtles & Splinter should meet April O'Neil(who should be wearing a blue jumpsuit, like she was when she was introduced in the 2nd issue of the original 'TMNT' comic book series, 'TMNT VS The Mousers'), with the Turtles saving April from members of the Kraang(who should be completely disguised in "Norman" getups, like certain Kraang members were in 'TMNT'[2012]), who capture her father, Kirby John O'Neil, with him being held captive by them for a large chunk of the 1st season. This episode should use some elements of the opening 2-parter of 'TMNT'[2012], 'Rise of The Turtles', with Snake(who should be voiced by Danny Jacobs) appearing and getting turned into Snakeweed. At the beginning of this episode, the Turtles & Splinter should be celebrating the 15th anniversary of the day that they got mutated and became a family.
The 3rd episode should have 2 stories, which should be based on the 'TMNT'[2012] episodes 'New Friend, Old Enemy' and 'Never Say Xever'.
In the 4th episode, which should be titled 'The Shredder Strikes', the Turtles should encounter the Shredder for the first time. The 4th episode's climax and ending should be just like those of the 'TMNT'[2003] episode 'The Shredder Strikes - Part 2'. The 4th episode should be the first episode to have an intro sequence, which should not be based on any of the intro sequences from any of the previous 'TMNT' TV series, but should use the original 'TMNT' theme song.
The 5th episode, which should be titled 'Attack of The Mousers', should pull from the 2nd issue of the original 'TMNT' comic book series, 'TMNT VS The Mousers', the 2nd & 3rd episodes of 'TMNT'[2003], 'A Better Mousetrap' and 'Attack of The Mousers', and the 5th episode of 'TMNT'[2012], 'I Think His Name Is Baxter Stockman'. A TV news report should be shown of news reporter Ms Hynes interviewing Baxter Stockman at his company, Stocktronic Industries(AKA Stocktronics and StockGen). One of Baxter's employees should be Lindsey Baker. It should be established that April interned at Stocktronic Industries(AKA Stocktronics and StockGen) when she was in college, before she decided to become a news reporter. The music compositions used for the Mousers in 'TMNT'[1987] and 'TMNT'[2003] should be used.
The 6th episode should be at least 50 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should have 2 stories, with the 1st story, which should be titled 'Meet Casey Jones', being based on the comic book story 'Me, Myself, And I' and the 'TMNT'[2003] episode 'Meet Casey Jones', and with the 2nd story being based on the comic book story 'Fun With Guns'. The opening scene of the 1st story should show Casey Jones in his apartment getting ready to go deal out his brand of vigilante justice, which should be followed by a scene that's a recreation of the scene from 'TMNT'[1990] in which Raphael first encounters Casey. This should be followed by the intro sequence, which should be followed by a recreation of the opening scene of the 'TMNT'[2003] episode 'Meet Casey Jones'. At the end of the 2nd story, Raphael should take Casey home with him and introduce him to Splinter.
The 7th episode should have 2 stories, with the 1st story being based on & named after the 'TMNT'[2003] episode 'Nano', and with the 2nd story being based on & named after the comic book story 'Complete Carnage And Radical'(with the events of the similarly titled comic book short story 'Complete Carnage An' Radical' being added in).
The 8th episode should have 2 stories, the 1st of which should be based on the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'Turtle Temper', in which Victor(AKA Spider Bytez) is introduced, and the 2nd of which should be based on the comic book story 'The Haunted Pizza'.
The 9th episode should be at least 60 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should have 1 story, which should be titled 'The Secret of The Ooze' and should be an amalgam of the 'TMNT'[2012] episodes 'TCRI' and 'The Kraang Conspiracy', with Jack Kurtzman being introduced, with the Turtles infiltrating the Techno-Cosmic Research Institute(TCRI for short) building, with Krang and the Rock Soldiers(AKA Stone Warriors, Rock Warriors, and Stone Soldiers) named General Traag & Morg(who should be established as being identical twins) and Lieutenant Granitor, who should all arrive on the TCRI building's top-secret floor via a Translocation Matrix(Transmat for short), being introduced, and with it being revealed at the end that April's mother, Bridget Elizabeth O'Neil, was once abducted & experimented on by the Kraang. The accidentally created mutant named Justin from the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'The Alien Agenda' should be used.
This story should have an opening sequence that's based on that of the live-action 'TMNT' film 'TMNT 2: The Secret of The Ooze', in which Keno(who works at Roy's Pizza) should be introduced. Keno should not appear again for many episodes. In this story, it should be established that a large chunk of those who work at TCRI are actually humans who don't know about the Kraang. One of the human scientists working at TCRI should be Jordan Perry(who should be voiced by someone who can sound just like the actor who played Jordan Perry in 'TMNT 2: The Secret of The Ooze', David Warner). At the end of this story, the Guardians should be shown talking to the Utrom High Council(who should be disguised as humans via their Utrom Exoskeletons) about the Turtles.
The 10th episode should be 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should have 3 stories, the 1st of which should be based on the 'TMNT'[2003] episode 'Darkness On The Edge of Town', the 2nd of which should be based on the comic book short story 'Casey Jones, Private Eye', in which Casey dreams about being a detective, and the 3rd of which should be based on the 'TMNT'[2003] episode 'The Way of Invisibility'. At the end of the 3rd story, the Shredder should be contacted by Krang, who wants to form an alliance with the Shredder and, by extension, form an alliance between the Kraang and the Foot Clan.
The 11th episode should have 2 stories, the 1st of which should pick up a month after the Foot Clan and the Kraang have formed their alliance, should establish that April has started training under Splinter to become a kunoichi(which is a female ninja), and should be based on & named after the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'Monkey Brains', and the 2nd of which should be based on the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'The Legend of The Kuro Kabuto'. In the 2nd story, the Turtles should find out about the alliance between the Foot Clan and the Kraang. At the end of this story, it should be established that the Kraang have DNA samples of every animal species on Earth, and the Shredder should have Anton Zeck injected with warthog DNA and Ivan Steranko(AKA Owen Rocksteed) injected with rhinoceros DNA, and should then have them be pushed into a giant vat of Mutagen(AKA Ooze), which results in them being turned into Bebop & Rocksteady.
The 12th episode should have 1 story, which should pick up right from where the 2nd story of the 11th episode left off, should use elements of the 'TMNT'[1987] episode 'Enter The Shredder', and should involve the Turtles finding out about & breaking into the Technodrome and having to deal with Footbots, Roadkill Rodneys, the unnamed machines that the Turtles had to deal with in the 'TMNT'[1987] episode 'Enter The Shredder'(which should be given names), and Bebop(AKA Anton Zeck) & Rocksteady(AKA Ivan Steranko and Owen Rocksteed). This episode should be the first episode to have an intro sequence that's modeled after the 1st intro sequence of 'TMNT'[1987].
The 13th episode should be 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should have 3 stories, with the 1st story being based on the comic book ''TMNT' Microseries - Issue 1: Raphael', with the 2nd story being based on the IDW-published comic book ''TMNT' Microseries - Issue 2: Michelangelo'(but with this version of the story not taking place on December 30th & December 31st(New Year's Eve)) and with the 3rd story being based on the IDW-published comic book ''TMNT' Microseries - Issue 3: Donatello'(Harold Lilja's Anti-Gravity Gauntlet should have a different appearance than that of the Gravitic Equalizer(AKA the Gravity Equalizer), which Kirby King creates for Donatello with the Warp Crystal in the comic book story 'Kirby And The Warp Crystal', and the 'TMNT'[2003] episode that's based on it, 'The King').
This series's version of Alopex(who should be voiced by Minae Noji) should be a cross between the versions of her from the IDW-published comic books and 'TMNT'[2012], with her being a mutant Arctic fox, like the former, and with her having the backstory of the latter, but somehow having lost her memories of her past after her fight with her brother, Takeshi(AKA Tiger Claw), followed by her being found & recruited into the Foot Clan by the Shredder.
The 14th episode should have 2 stories, the 1st of which should use elements of the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'The Gauntlet', with the Kraang planning to use a Mutagen bomb, with Chris Bradford being turned into Dogpound and Xever Montes being turned into Fishface, and with the Turtles having a fight with the Shredder, and the 2nd of which should pull from the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'Mousers Attack!' and should involve the Shredder getting Baxter Stockman to work for him, with the first thing that Baxter does for Shredder being creating a breathing apparatus and mechanical legs for Fishface(AKA Xever Montes).
The 15th episode should pull from the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'It Came From The Depths' and the comic book story 'Leatherhead', and the 'TMNT'[2003] episode that's based on it, 'Hunted', and should be titled 'It Came From The Depths'. The story should end with the Turtles and Emil Tendaji believing that Leatherhead and Jack Marlin have met their demises after falling into a pit in the sewers.
The 16th episode should have 2 stories, which should be based on & named after the 'TMNT'[2003] episodes 'Fallen Angel' and 'Garbageman'(in this version of the story, the Professor's real name should be revealed and it should be established that he met the Turtles & Splinter when the Turtles were kids).
The 17th episode should be titled 'The Secret Origin of The Shredder' and should involve the Turtles & Splinter meeting the Guardians, who take them to the secret base/home of the Utrom Tribe and the Guardians on Burnow Island(AKA Utrom Island), where they meet Mortu and the Utrom High Council. The Turtles & Splinter should learn that the sizable chunk of the Utroms that escaped from being made members of the Kraang, including the Utrom High Council, formed the Utrom Tribe and, after finding out that, aside from the planet Utrominon(AKA Utr) in Dimension X, the Kraang have primarily been operating on Earth, formed a team of Earth humans called the Guardians to help them with monitoring the endeavours of Krang & his forces, and that the Guardians and the Utrom Tribe were allies of the Hamato Clan and had some battles against the Foot Clan in feudal Japan. The Turtles & Splinter should then learn the secret of the Shredder's past.
It should be revealed that Leatherhead was found by some Utrom Tribe members(including Dr Xeinos(AKA Dr X), who he became close friends with) after the events of 'It Came From The Depths', and that he has been living among the Utrom Tribe and the Guardians since then, with him fighting alongside Utrom Tribe members in battles against members of the Kraang in Dimension X. It should be established that TCRI employee scientist Jordan Perry is actually an Utrom scientist on an undercover infiltration mission.
The 18th episode should have 2 stories, with the 1st story being based on & named after the 'TMNT'[1987] episode 'Hot-Rodding Teenagers From Dimension X', and with the 2nd story involving the Turtles helping an old friend of Hamato Yoshi named Lynda Ling(who's the widow of David Ling, who was an actor for martial arts films) by dealing with Slujjcorp.
The 19th & 20th episodes should comprise a 2-parter titled 'The Eye of Sarnath' that's based on the multi-parter that's comprised of the 'TMNT'[1987] episodes 'The Incredible Shrinking Turtles', 'It Came From Beneath The Sewers', 'The Mean Machines', and 'Curse of The Evil Eye'. OMNSS should be depicted as a creation of Baxter Stockman.
The 21st episode should have 2 stories, the 1st of which should involve Baxter Stockman getting mutated into a mutant fly(with him having the appearance that he had in the video game 'TMNT: Turtles In Time: Re-Shelled', except he should have black hair), and the 2nd of which should be based on & named after the 'TMNT'[2003] episode 'The Unconvincing Turtle Titan'.
The 22nd episode should be 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should have 1 story, which should be based on & named after the 'TMNT'[2003] 3-parter 'Notes From The Underground'.
The 23rd episode should have 1 story, which should involve Tokka & Rahzar. Keno should appear in this story and this story should have a recreation of the scene from 'TMNT 2: The Secret of The Ooze' in which Keno properly meets the Turtles and Splinter. During the outro sequence, the song 'Ninja Rap'(performed by Vanilla Ice) should be played in the background.
The 24th episode should have 2 stories, the 1st of which should be based on the comic book story 'Kirby And The Warp Crystal' and the 'TMNT'[2003] episode that's based on it, 'The King', and the 2nd of which should be based on the comic book story 'Fifteen Years Later'(with a Con Ed worker named Chester "Chet" Manley, who was the boy who bought the Turtles when they were normal infant turtles, and accidentally dropped the 7-day-old Turtles into the sewers, encountering the Turtles).
The 25th episode should be 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should be an amalgam of & named after the 'Tales of The TMNT' comic book issue, 'TMNT'[2003] episode, & 'TMNT'[2012] episode titled 'I, Monster', with Victor Falco(who has regained his memories of his previous life as the Pantheon member named the Rat King(AKA Lord Ha'ntaan)) living with his rats in an abandoned industrial park in the burrows of NYC, which the Turtles, Splinter, April, and Casey go to for a game of "ninjitsu hide-&-seek", and with the last 26 minutes of the episode(without counting the outro and the closing production logo sequence) involving the Turtles, April, and Casey having to deal with the Rat King(AKA Lord Ha'ntaan and Victor Falco)'s mind-controlling of Splinter and rat invasion of NYC.
The 26th episode should have 2 stories, which should be based on & named after the 'TMNT'[2012] episodes 'The Pulverizer' and 'Cockroach Terminator'(in which the Stealth Bike is introduced).
The 27th episode should be 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should have 3 stories, which should be based on the 'TMNT'[2012] episodes 'Parasitica' and 'Operation: Break-Out'(except for Kirby O'Neil having a control chip on his neck that was put there by the Kraang), and the IDW-published comic book story 'Big Trouble In Little Italy'(with Angel Bridge's father, Brooklyn S Bridge, being introduced).
The 28th episode should be 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the intro & outro sequences) and should have 3 stories, with the 1st story using elements of the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'The Mutation Situation'(with Kirby O'Neil getting mutated into a wild mutant bat that Mikey dubs "Kirby Bat"), with the 2nd story being based on & named after the 'TMNT'[2012] episode 'Invasion of The Squirrelanoids', and with the 3rd story being based on the 2nd issue of the comic book series 'TMNT: New Animated Adventures', which involves Snakeweed.
The 29th episode should have 2 stories, which should be based on the 'TMNT'[1987] episodes 'The Case of The Killer Pizzas' and 'April Fool'.
The 30th & 31st episodes should comprise a 2-parter that's based on the 1989 home console & PC 'TMNT' video game, with many of the opponents created for said video game being depicted as being from Dimension X. There should be multiple Mechaturtles(AKA Turtlebots), which should be established as having been created by Baxter Stockman. Alopex should appear at the end of this story, with Shredder sending her to Japan to help Karai(who he should refer to simply as "My 2nd-in-command") deal with an urgent matter involving the Yakuza boss named Hayashi Toru. This should lead to a special titled 'Karai And Alopex' that's 64 minutes long(without counting the opening & closing production logo sequences and the outro sequence). The revelation of Karai being the Shredder's adopted daughter should be saved for the 6-part 'TMNT And Other Strangeness' story 'City At War'.

The Issue
This should be a big-budget, cel-shaded computer-animated TV series, the style of cel-shading of which should take inspiration from the look of Kevin Eastman & Peter Laird's 'TMNT' artwork(but without random lines, like the ones they draw on the Turtles' abdomens) and the look of the cel-shaded computer-animated film 'TMNT: Mutant Mayhem'(but without the rough sketch imperfection elements).

It should be established that before the mutations of the Turtles and Hamato Yoshi(AKA Splinter), Hamato Yoshi(AKA Splinter) had a rat companion that he named "Ogata".

It should be established that Arnold Bernind "Casey" Jones's motivation for being a vigilante is that when he was a kid, the shop of his father, Herb Jones, was burned down by the Purple Dragons(including a teenage Hunter "Hun" Mason) after Herb refused to pay them extortion money, and after Herb gave a report to the police, he was murdered by Hunter "Hun" Mason. Casey Jones should have all of the weapons used by all of the previous versions of him, he should have custom Heely-style shoes, and he should have a motorcycle that has the fire-shooting ability of the bicycle that he had in the 2012 animated 'TMNT' TV series, as well as a Chevy truck and a U-Haul trailer. In his first appearance, Casey should wear the hockey mask that he wore in the original 'TMNT' comic book series and he should wear the clothes that he wore during his first appearance in said comic book series.
It should be established that shortly after fleeing from the home of Yoshi, Shen, & Miwa with Miwa in-hand and renaming her "Karai", Saki suddenly regained all of his memories from his past life.

John Bishop(who should be voiced by David Zen Mansley) should be modeled after the version of him from the 2003 animated 'TMNT' TV series, except he should unknowingly be an Utrom who was a member of the Utrom High Council simply named Bishop, who was stranded on Earth by Krang(AKA Kraang Prime) during the 19th century and left with the false memory of being an American soldier with the name "John Bishop" who, while fighting in the Battle of New Orleans, was captured by gray extra-terrestrials, whose experiments on him left him with longevity & slowed aging and enhanced strength, and then returned to Earth by them, with Bishop being left traumatized by the false memory of the never-happened experience and becoming dedicated to staving off extra-terrestrial invasions of Earth. The Utrom High Council should also consist of Quanin(who's the father of Krang(AKA Kraang Prime)), the unnamed Utroms who served as the Council of Three in the 2003 animated 'TMNT' TV series(who should be given names and who should be voiced by Daren Dunstan), Pawn(who should be voiced by Nolan North), Rook(who should be voiced by Kate Micucci), Queen(who should be voiced by Cassandra Peterson), Ma'riell(who's the sister of Ch'rell(AKA Torrinon, Kako Naso, Duke Acureds, Takeshi Tatsuo, Koga Takuza, the Shredder, and Oroku Saki)), Lorqa, and Drexl. It should be established that the planet in Dimension X that the Utroms have used as their home planet is Utrominon(AKA Utr) and that their original home planet in Dimension X is Magonia. It should be established that Krang(AKA Kraang Prime) formed the Kraang not long after Ch'rell wound up on Earth. Various Utrom designs from various versions of the 'TMNT' property should be used.
