A dad, a lot of complex emotions goes into building one. A true father, are the ones, who are still fighting against all odds for just that sweet smile and touch of their babies. If he wasn't good - he wouldn't have fought for the cause. As a society its our duty to support these Dad's cause. 

To any parent, the most painful or rather intolerable moment - is when he/she looses their child. Just think, because of the age old law system - Is it not inhuman to let these parents to go through the same feeling even though their kid is alive? 

A child with all senses, while playing or studying or might be going to a place -- Do miss the other parent - whether we consider it or not. The child cant even express properly - Or rather, when they try to express the parent makes the child understand -- " You shouldn't miss"  Is this not Cruelty??

I would say -- Parental Alienation does not only happen because of a Woman or a Man alone. Its a system or a group of people - who supports this Evil of the Society. So this set of people need to understand - they are doing a Wrong, a severe Wrong thing.

Our Judiciary understands this wrong doing, but is trapped into its own age old procedures and hence -- this pain continues for those parents - who are madly in love with their kid and are being faced by harassment  due to misusage of the law.

A shared parenting - would at least give these two beings in love - a relief and blessing from the heart.
