Brownie Troop 1825 are working on the Wonders of Water journey.  We are pledging to help keep our waters clean and we are asking your help.  

Please agree to help by doing the following items:

- Ban plastic microbeads in personal care products—only safe, natural
alternatives that are proved to biodegrade in an aquatic environment
should be allowed.

  - Get cars and trucks checked for oil leaks - At the beach dispose of garbage properly - Use Eco Friendly garden products - Write letters to our politicians and oil companies to dispose of oil properly - When brushing your teeth fill up a cup with water to rinse, don't let the water run - Use refillable water bottle and fill it from your sink using a water filter - Don't litter - Use Green Products to clean at home for clothes and dishes - When you have a party use paper or recyclable paper goods

If we all did these simple steps we can keep our waters clean for our use, help prevent disease, and keep marine animal life alive and healthy. Do today, not tomorrow. Someday soon, tomorrow may be too late.
