The original petition below is being preserved to demonstrate the impact a "family court" has on a "family" and the devastating, unnecessary impact corrupt proceedings as caused by lawyers have on a parent and the parent/child relationship.  <original petition begin>

Two days after a complaint for contempt as filed by the Plaintiff, Kevin Usilton, was heard & held in abeyance by Northampton county Judge Stephen G. Baratta. The plaintiff, father, and family of the children sought relief from the court due to illegal child concealment & relocation actions.  Judge Baratta, on January 10th, just two days after the court issued an interim order enforcing the child relocation statute & ordering the Defendant (mother) to attend co-parent counseling. This has now aided in illegal child concealment.

     Baratta entered a false address for the children on official court record unbeknown to the plaintiff, Kevin Usilton, his attorney and the family's attorney.  Not only has Judge Baratta violated state law, he has also violated federal law.  The victim, the father, has petitioned the Pennsylvania State Senate for the removal of Judge Baratta as the President Judge of the Third Judicial District.  He now seeks support of the removal through the collective voices of friends family.
