Please help Army Veteran Mom to get her daughter back.
Lisa Banic did not see her daughter Barbara for months. 
ALL government agencies failed her - DCF, police, Court, Judge.

Laws are not followed. The child's safety is compromised.

CASE: Since their divorce 10 years ago, father has spent millions on lawyers while mother, a disabled veteran, has exhausted her savings fighting for her daughter’s well-being.
We are calling all veterans to the South County Courthouse to support this veteran. As a mother, she is being dishonored daily by the lack of action, the lack of compassion and complete disregard for her young daughter by the Family Court System and DCF.
Family Court has let this travesty continue year after year while the father ignores court orders to share parenting with mother.
Why won’t Family Court stop this father from hiding the child from her mother?
1. Mother goes to pick up child on her designated day, but father won’t let her have the child. Child has said Daddy gets mad when she goes with Mommy. Mother contacts police and they tell mother to take it to court.
2. Mother goes to court, and the court does nothing to stop father from disobeying court rulings. The court hides behind legalities and so does DCF.
3. This cycle repeats year after year with no end in sight.
Father kept child away from mother from Thanksgiving, 2020 through February, 2021 against court orders. He got away with it and was not
stopped or punished because the FAMILY COURT DOES NOT CARE. Now, the child has no contact with friends and is being “home-schooled”, meaning no one ever sees her. Mother fears for child’s safety and no one will help them.
This mother is behind the eight ball and her daughter is paying the price. But this is not a game! They are both suffering. They both need relief.
Why won’t Family Court and DCF provide relief?
“DCF says call Cops.
Cops say tell court.
Court says it’s not an emergency, and wait for court date. Court date is Jan 2022.“
In the most recent DCF report, January 10, 2021, the daughter "feels responsible to make her father happy and admits that at times it's easier to not go with her mother rather than upset her father and deal with his disapproval."
