                                PETITION FOR EXECUTIVE CLEMENCY
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    NOW COMES Terry L. Jackson Petitioner requesting for Governor
Tony Evers to exercise his executive authority to grant Mr. Jackson a
clemency for being wrongfully and unjustly convicted for a crime that
he had no involvement in committing and is innocent of.
   FACTUAL HISTORY:
     Christopher Berry, Terrance Simpson, Tavares Woods and a guy
name "Pete" broke into a well known Mexican family house on Douglas
Ave. by the last name Marquez. When they broke in this family house
they stole a lot of house whole items and new clothing. After they broke
in the Marquez's house these same guys split up the items and
attempted to sell a lot of the items they stole throughout the north side
neighborhood.
     Word got back to the Marquez family that their items that were
stolen from their house was being sold throughout the neighborhood
from 1135 Geneva St. . At this location is where Christopher Berry and
a lot of the young juveniles use to hang out that was friends of Mr.
Berry.
     The Marquez's got in their car and went to 1135 Geneva St. to
confront the occupants of the house which was Christopher Berry and
his juvenile friends. The Marquez's knocked on the door of 1135 Geneva
St. to inquire about whether there were some house whole items were
being sold there? Mr. Berry answered the door and told the Marquez's
that nothing was being sold there.
     The Marquez's then left and came back and park their car on the
corner of Hamilton St. and noticed a little boy standing on the corner of
Geneva St. with some new tennis shoes on that was stolen out of their
house. The Marquez's jump out of their car and ran up on the juvenile
and struck him in the eye with a closed fist yelling that the juvenile had
on his son shoes.

       As the juvenile was struck in the eye Mr. Jackson was walking up to
the corner of Hamilton and Geneva st.. So Mr. Jackson ran up to the
Mexican male who struck the juvenile in the eye and pushed him away
from the juvenile. Then  Mr. Jackson asked The man what was his
reason for striking the juvenile?  He then pointed at the juvenile feet and
yelled out that the shoes the juvenile had on was his son shoes and that
they broke in his house and stole them out of his house.
     Mr. Jackson at that point asked the man his name which he told him
Marquez and Mr. Jackson asked the juvenile his name and he told him
Tavares Woods. Mr. Jackson then asked Tavares Woods where he
lived, and he told Mr. Jackson around the Corner on Marquette St..
Mr. Jackson then instructed Tavares Woods to go around the corner
to get his parents and have them come around to Hamilton and
Geneva St. to talk to this man about hitting him in his eye. Tavares
Woods left as instructed to go to his house.
     At this point is when the Marquez family yelled out to those inside
the house at 1135 Geneva St. that they knew their property was at this
house and if they didn't bring their property out of this house that they
were going to come back and blow this house off this corner.
      At this point is when Mr. Berry came out of the residence and walked
up to the Marquez and explained to them that they property was not in
this house, but he know who had their property and could take them
where it was and could help them get it back. The Marquez family told
Mr. Berry that if he help them get their property back then they would
reward him for his cooperation.

     Mr. Berry at this point walked across the street with the Marquez's
following him to Terrance Simpson mother house on Hamilton St. and
Mr. Berry twisted the knob of the front door and open the door and led
the Marquez's into Mr. Simpson mother house while she was
sound to sleep on the couch. Soon as they walked into Mr. Simpson
mother (Delilah Morris) house the Marquez's noticed their vase sitting
on Ms. Morris dinning room table. Mr. Marquez walked into the house
and retrieved his vase from the table and other items that visibly belong
to the Marquez family. Delilah Morris woke up to Mr. Berry, the Marquez
family and just random people standing in her living room watching Mr.
Berry and the Marquez family taking things from her house that belong
to the Marquez family. 
  
                                                         
     Delilah Morris (Terrance Simpson mother) at this point jumped up off
the couch and asked," what the hell is going on and why are all of you
people in my house?" At that point Mr. Berry begin explaining to Delilah
that her son gave her a lot of stuff that belong to the Marquez family
that he stole from them. Delilah yelled "get the hell out of my house"
and begin pushing the entire crowed of people standing in her living
room out the front door and shut and locked her door. Mr. Berry got into
the Marquez's car with them and they drove off and left everybody else
who standing around watching all these event take place standing
there. So everybody begin walking back to the corner of Hamilton and
Geneva St. saying that Mr. Berry was wrong for betraying his friends
(Terrance Simpson, Tavares Woods & Pete) and turning them into the
Marquez family when he is the one who help them break into the
Marquez family house and steal all these items and now pretending to
help them retrieve their property for a reward.

      As this was being discussed amongst the crowed of people who
was standing on the corner, Darnell Williford walked up to the crowd
who was standing there talking and complaining about what Mr. Berry
had done to betray Terrance Simpson, Tavares Woods and Pete for
turning them into the Marquez's. Darnell became upset that Mr. Berry
betrayed Terrance Simpson, Tavares Woods, and Pete and in the
process of the betrayal Mr. Williford felt Mr. Berry got Tavares Woods hit
in the eye. Mr. Williford vowed to confront Mr. Berry about his betrayal
once he returned from his trip with the Marquez's. As the Marquez's
drove to 1135 Geneva St. with Mr. Berry in the car and drop him off. As
Mr. Berry got out of the car he was immediately approached by the
crowd of people waiting for his return with Mr. Williford the head of the
crowd that confronted him about his betrayal. Tavares Woods big
brother Rickie Collier step up to Mr. Berry with Darnell Williford by his
side confronting him about the betrayal he committed that caused his
brother to get hit in the eye by one of the Marquez's. Mr. Williford was
trying to instigate Rickie Collier to fight Mr. Berry for getting his brother
hit in the eye, but Mr. Berry told Rickie Collier that him,Tavares Woods 
and Terrance Simpson planned to break in the Marquez's house and
make them pay for their property back by one of them pretending they
was helping them get their property back in exchange for a reward and
that the three of them were suppose to split whatever the reward was.
Rickie Collier asked his brother if that was their agreement. Tavares
Woods confirmed it was, at that point Rickie Collier walked away from
the entire conflict. Mr. Williford didn't care if that was their agreement or
not he wanted to manage whatever Mr. Berry was given for his
cooperation. Mr. Williford demanded from Mr. Berry to tell him what
he received from the Marquez's for his cooperation. Mr. Berry told Mr.
Williford it wasn't his business and that him, Terrance, Tavares and Pete
would divided between them what he received when they were alone
just between them.

     Mr. Williford told Mr. Berry that isn't how its going to go because he
didn't trust that Mr. Berry was going to give Terrance them their
share,  so he was going to stay and make sure they got whatever he
was given by the Marquez's. Mr. Williford again demanded from Mr.
Berry to know what he received from the Marquez's for his cooperation
in helping them get their property back. Mr. Berry  reinforced is words by
telling Mr. Williford again that what he receive wasn't his business to
know. At this point Mr. Williford became even more agitated and
verbally aggressive towards Mr. Berry like he wanted to fight him until
people standing bye observing stood between both of them to prevent
a physical confrontation from happening. Then suddenly Mr. Williford
gave this impression that he came off wrong and wanted to be cordial
and respectful and begin speaking to Mr. Berry in a more calm tone.
Then instead of demanding to know what the Marquez's gave him for
his cooperation, he approached the conversation with Mr. Berry this
time differently by asking what the Marquez's gave him for his
cooperation. Mr. Berry then responded by telling Mr. Williford the
Marquez's fronted him some cocaine to sell and make a profit and pay
them back for the drugs they fronted him. Mr. Williford ask to see the
drugs because he was trying to give Mr. Berry the impression that he
may  purchase all the cocaine from him. Mr. Berry took the cocaine out
of his pocket that was inside a plastic bag. Mr. Williford then struck Mr.
Berry in the face and snatched the drugs and took off running. Mr. Berry
released his dog after Mr. Williford and grabbed his shot gun and ran
after Mr. Williford attempting to pump shells in the shotgun as he
was chasing him, but the shotgun jammed preventing Mr. Berry from
shooting the shotgun.

       Mr. Williford ran into a female house by the name
Falesha Scott which ended the chase because Mr. Williford got away
from Mr. Berry and his dog.Then Mr. Williford twin brother Carnell
Williford went to Falesha Scott residence and picked his brother Darnell
Williford up in his car. Over the next three days from April
26,1991(Friday) until April 29,1991 (Monday). Mr. Berry and Mr.
Simpson went to different locations on the north side where they
anticipated Mr. Williford would be but never located him.

     On April 27,1991 (Saturday) Mr. Williford girl friend Monique Over
street reported to police that a Mexican male (Mr. Marquez) came to her
house requesting for Mr. Williford  and she stated she informed him that
Mr. Williford wasn't there and didn't live there. Monique stated the
Mexican male looked at her strangley and said, okay and left in a tan
car with a white top. Monique stated when the Mexican male left and
got in his car and turned the car around she noticed a black male sitting
in the passenger seat. (Mr. Berry confirmed him and Mr.Marquez  went
to the girlfriend house together looking for Mr. Williford)Monique stated
as the car was leaving the car slowed down as it went pass the house.
(see police report dated 5-2-91) The statement that Monique Over street
provided to detectives are consistent with Mr. Berry telling Mr. Marquez
(Mexican male) about Mr. Williford taking his cocaine from Mr. Berry
which would prompt Mr. Marquez to make an attempt to locate Mr.
Williford with Mr. Berry at Monique house in regards to taking the
cocaine from Mr. Berry and consistent with the cocaine obviously still
belonging to Mr. Marquez because other wise Mr. Marquez would not
have a reason to involved himself by going to Mr. Williford girlfriend
house looking for Mr. Williford with Mr. Berry.

   In Monique reporting to the police she never stated or indicated to any
description that would be consistent with Mr. Jackson being with Mr.
Berry and Mr. Marquez at her residence inquiring about Mr. Williford
whereabouts. In fact, Monique gave Mr. Jackson attorney a
statement that was consistent and corroborating to the fact that Mr.
Jackson was not with Mr. Berry and Mr. Marquez (Mexican male) when
they went to Monique residence looking for Mr. Williford.
     On April 28,1991(Sunday) Mr. Williford went to a bar called "BUCK'S"
on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and just happen to bump into one of Mr.
Berry friends known by the name "EB." When the two cross

 

When the two crossed paths in 
"BUCK'S" bar "EB" confronted Mr. Williford about striking Mr. Berry and
taking the cocaine from him. This triggered a fight between Mr. Williford
and "EB" that had to be broken up by bystanders in the bar and "EB"
brother Main. That same night (Sunday) Mr. Jackson crossed paths
with Mr. Berry and had a conversation with him about allowing Mr.
Jackson to speak with Mr. Williford (who was Mr. Jackson friend) to see
if Mr. Jackson could talk with Mr. Williford and try to convince him to
negotiate a compromise to end the tension between them over the
drugs Mr. Williford had taken from Mr. Berry.
    Once Mr. Jackson found out what their conflict was about, he asked
Mr. Berry what it was going to take to resolve their conflict, peacefully?
Mr. Berry stated, for Mr. Williford to give the drugs back or
reimbursement for them because the drugs belong to Mr. Marquez for
Mr. Berry helping him retrieve their property and so therefore fronted Mr.
Berry the drugs to allow Mr. Berry to make a profit. Mr. Jackson then
asked Mr. Berry to stop looking for Mr. Williford and making threatening
statements towards him to other people to prevent from adding fuel to
the fire in their conflict. Mr. Berry agreed that he would allow Mr.
 
Jackson the opportunity to talk with Mr. Williford  and would
discontinue looking for Mr. Williford until Mr. Jackson had a chance to
speak with him.

    On April 29,1991 (Monday) after Mr. Jackson talked with Mr. Berry to
try to convince him to discontinue looking for Mr. Williford and to afford
Mr. Jackson a chance to speak with his friend Mr. Williford in attempt to
bring about a peaceful solution. Then less than twenty four hours later
Mr. Berry and Mr. Simpson was reported by Monique Overstreet to the
police that both Mr. Berry and Mr. Simpson had appeared at her house
inquiring about Mr. Williford this time without the presence of the
Mexican male (Mr. Marquez).
     On April 29,1991 (Monday) the day of the shooting occurred Monique
says she was at home with Darnell most of the morning. Monique
stated in the early afternoon hours Darnell left to go to the center to
play basketball. Monique further stated that two individuals
approached her home and came onto her front porch knocked on the
door. She stated that one of the parties was a small slightly built
juvenile (Mr. Simpson) and she did not get a very good look at him.
However, she stated the party was an older juvenile (Mr. Berry) dark
skinned with short hair with a long coat and hat. Monique state that
these parties asked for Darnell and when she stated he was not at her
residence, they turned around as if they were angry and stomped off her
porch. She stated she believed these guys were not there because they
were friends of Darnell's and stated that she didn't know these guys and
felt fearful due to the fact they wanted Darnell and appeared angry. (see
Police report dated 5-2-91 & Statement given to Mr. Jackson attorney
June 30,1992)

     On this same day April 29,1991 (Monday) between 12:00 - 12:30 p.m.
Mr. Jackson was home still in bed with his girl friend Barbara
Carodine watching t.v.. Mr. Jackson was woke but just laying in bed
watching a Boston Celtics NBA basketball game. When suddenly
knocking appeared on our downstairs door, which my step daughter
Teaira went downstairs to to see who was knocking on the door.
She then yelled back up stairs to inform her mother and I that Mr. Berry
is the person knocking on the door. Before her mother or I gave her 
approval to let Mr. Berry in she had already open the door and let him in
and she was at our bedroom door letting Mr. Jackson know Mr. Berry
was in the living room and stated he wanted to talk to Mr. Jackson.
 Mr. Jackson then got out of the bed to see what Mr. Berry wanted.
     Mr. Jackson entered into the living room and asked Mr. Berry what
he wanted. Mr. Berry stated that he was thinking about what Mr.
Jackson had discussed with him a day prior about considering to try
to conclude his conflict with Mr. Williford  peacefully by allowing Mr.
Jackson to speak with Mr. Williford.  Mr. Jackson is friends with
Mr. Williford and will listen to Mr. Jackson advice and suggestions if
afforded and given the opportunity. Mr. Jackson at that point cut Mr.
Berry off and told Mr. Berry that he changed his mind and was not going
to try to intervene and speak with Mr. Williford because of Mr. Berry
breaking his agreement to stop looking for Mr. Wiliford and afford Mr.
Jackson the chance to speak with Mr. Williford once Mr. Jackson and
Mr. Williford have the opportunity to cross paths and speak with each
other.

     Mr. Berry at that point visibly became up set and stormed out the
door and said F____ it, he'll just walk into the center and shoot him for
what he had taken. Mr. Berry stated since Mr. Williford is your friend he
was just trying to give Mr. Jackson a chance to speak with him before
they crossed paths.  Mr. Jackson at that point went back into the
bedroom and convey to his girlfriend what transpired in conversation
between Mr. Jackson and Mr. Berry. Mr. Jackson told Barbara that Mr.
Berry just stated he was going to go into the community center and
shoot Mr. Williford and that he only came to speak with Mr. Jackson
to present him a chance to speak with his friend and convince him
to give back what he had taken. After Mr. Jackson decline to get
involved because of realizing the tension Mr. Berry created between him
and Mr. Williford by going to his family and friends house looking for
Mr. Williford and making threats.
    Mr. Berry told Mr. Jackson that a individual by the name Quincy
Williams came to him and told him "EB" sent him to inform him that Mr.
Williford is at Dr. Martin Luther king playing basketball at the
community center and that its his opportunity to go up to the
center and confront Mr. Williford for hitting him and taking the drugs
from him. Mr. Berry stated the only reason he came to let Mr. Jackson
know is to afford Mr. Jackson the opportunity to talk with his friend (Mr.
Williford) and try to convince Mr. Williford to give back the drugs he had
taken or agree to reimburse Mr.Berry for the drugs which Mr. Berry claim
he was willing to accept to resolve the conflict between him and Mr.
Williford. 
     Mr. Jackson declined to get involved at that point because he
felt after Mr. Berry breech the agreement he made with Mr. Jackson to
not look for Mr. Williford and to allow Mr. Jackson to speak with Mr.
Williford himself to try to resolve Mr. Berry and Mr. Williford conflict over
the drugs Mr. Williford had taken from him. The same way Mr. Berry
witness Mr. Jackson resolve the same similar conflict between Mr.
Williford taking (Sir Royce) a different individual drugs who had came to
Mr. Jackson party looking for Mr. Williford two weeks (April 13,1991)
prior to Mr. Williford and Berry conflict.
That's when Mr. Jackson realized he could possibly defuse the conflict
between Mr. Berry and Mr. Williford once and for all and try to prevent
Mr. Berry from going to the community center and shooting Mr.
Williford.

      At this point Mr. Jackson felt an urgent need to make an
 attempt to try to prevent Mr. Berry from going to the community
center to confront Mr. Williford, despite just telling Mr. Berry he wasn't
getting involved do to Mr. Berry breech of agreement to discontinue
looking for Mr. Williford to afford Mr. Jackson a chance to speak with
his friend Mr. Williford to try to resolve Mr. Williford and Mr. Berry
conflict over the drugs Mr. Williford took from Mr. Berry.
   As Mr. Jackson and Barbara Carodine was laying in bed, Mr. Jackson
conveyed to Barbara what Mr. Berry stated he was going to do to Mr.
Williford once he got to the community center in retaliation for Mr.
Williford hitting Mr. Berry and taking the drugs. That's when realization
of Mr. Berry threat towards Mr. Williford sunk in and caused Mr.
Jackson to jump out of bed and put on some jogging pants to go up to
the community center and attempt to prevent Mr. Berry from
confronting Mr. Williford.
     As Mr. Jackson was rushing out of their bedroom Barbara asked Mr.
Jackson where was he going ? Mr. Jackson response to Barbara was
that he was going to attempt to stop this conflict between Mr. Berry and
Mr. Williford by attempting to convince Mr. Williford to give back what
he took from Mr. Berry. Barbara asked Mr. Jackson not to go down there
an get himself mixed up in their dispute and conflict. Mr. Jackson told
Barbara that Mr. Williford was his friend and he had to try to prevent
what Mr. Berry said he was going to do or at least make Mr. Williford
aware of Mr. Berry intentions.

 When Mr. Jackson reached the corner of Hamilton st. and Dr. Martin
Luther king Drive Mr. Berry stood there on the corner talking with the
individuals that was with him discussing among themselves their plot.
Mr. Jackson walked up to Mr. Berry and told Mr. Berry to stay outside
and not to come in the center because he was going inside to talk with
Mr. Williford and try to defuse their conflict by trying to convince Mr.
Williford to give their drugs back or reimburse them to settle their
conflict. Mr. Jackson told Mr. Berry that he didn't need him coming in
the community center while he's trying to negotiate a compromise to
end Mr. Berry and Mr. Williford conflict. Mr. Jackson explain to Mr. Berry
that him being present would just agitate things between Mr. Williford
and Mr. Berry because of Mr. Berry threats he made toward Mr. Williford
throughout the community to anyone that was willing to listen. Mr .
Jackson also stipulated to Mr. Berry that if he went into the center and
try to convince Mr. Williford to give back what Mr. Williford took from
him or agree to reimburse him. Then he must promise to end this
conflict between him and Mr. Williford and not seek to retaliate for Mr.
Williford hitting him in the process of taking the drugs from him. Mr.
Berry agreed to stay out of the community center and allow Mr. Jackson
to talk with his friend Mr. Williford to try to convince Mr. Williford  to
give back what he had taken from Mr. Berry to end the conflict between
the two of them peacefully. Mr. Berry agreed!

    Mr. Jackson then went inside the community center to attempt to talk
to his friend Mr. Williford. When Mr. Jackson got into the center and
notice Mr. Williford playing basketball, Mr. Jackson stood on the
sideline waiting for the opportunity to get Mr. Williford attention. Then
when Mr. Williford look into his direction Mr. Jackson waved and
gestured to Mr. Williford asking him to come here. Mr. Williford then
walked over to see what Mr. Jackson wanted.
     Mr. Jackson greeting Mr. Williford and begin to proceed telling Mr. 
Williford the reason he was up there is because he wanted to try to
negotiate some type of compromise between him and Mr. Berry to end
this conflict they were having with one another. Mr. Jackson begin
explaining to Mr. Williford that this conflict they are having is appearing
to be escalating and Mr. Jackson wanted to try end it peacefully
between the two of them because the direction it appear to be going in
isn't worth the two of them getting hurt over or going to jail for.
     Mr. Jackson explained to Mr. Williford that their issue could be
resolved peacefully but both of them have to be willing to drop their
pride and work with one another by agreeing to settle their conflict.
Mr. Jackson reinforced explaining to Mr. Williford that the drugs he took
from Mr. Berry isn't worth the problems that's developing between them
over those drugs. Mr. Jackson further explained to Mr. Williford that he
has to stop going around taking these dudes drugs and thinking they
isn't going to do anything about it because they know him. I explained to
Mr. Williford that its a bunch of guys outside right now waiting on him
to go outside so they can confront him over the drugs he took from
Mr. Berry.

     Mr. Jackson explained to Mr. Williford he just got him out of a
conflict with the other guys he took drugs from a couple weeks ago
at my party when Mr. Jackson let him out the back door to avoid being
confronted by those individuals over the drugs Mr. Williford took from
them. Mr. Jackson then asked Mr. Williford to consider giving the drugs
back to end the conflict between them. Mr. Williford said F___ Chris and
that he wasn't giving him nothing back because of the threats he has
been making toward him to other people in the neighborhood and
talking about what he was going to do him. I then attempted to explain
to Mr. Berry that there is a group of people outside waiting for him to
come outside with guns and if he didn't have a gun to defend himself
and wasn't going to give back what he has taken from Mr. Berry.
     Then I suggested to him the wise thing to do was for him to leave out
the back door and go home the same way I let him out the back door at
my party to avoid the other conflict he was in with the other guys he had
taken drugs from and was looking for him at my girlfriend party. Mr.
Williford appeared to be listening to Mr. Jackson until a individual by
the name "P-Dog" (Patrick Clemmer) interrupted the conversation and
told Mr. Williford he didn't have to leave out the back door and that he
has a gun and have his back. Mr. Williford at that point said he wasn't
leaving out the back door and going home. That he was going out the
front door and confront Mr. Berry about all the threats he has been
making throughout the neighborhood to other people towards him
and going to his family and girlfriend house looking for him.

     Mr. Jackson then attempted to get Mr. Williford not to listen to Mr.
Clemmer ("P-Dog") and take his suggestion and leave out the back door 
and go home until he was in a position to defend himself but Mr.
Williford mind was made up after Mr. Clemmer convinced him that he
had his back. So at that point it was futile to try convince Mr. Williford
any further to leave out the back door and go home. Mr. Jackson then
went back outside to try and convince Mr. Berry to be the bigger person
and let the conflict between him and Mr. Williford end here and I would
talk to him some more and try to convince him to give their drugs back
or reimburse them. Mr. Berry said he was standing in the hallway to the
gym and heard Mr. Williford say F___ Chris. So at that point Mr. Berry
was no longer willing to listen to compromise.
     Mr. Jackson then proceeded to go outside to go back home but
was stop by a individual in the parking Lott inquiring to Mr. Jackson
about when he had plan on having another house party. As Mr. Jackson
was explaining to this person that he was not having another party no
time soon because of the physical confrontation that transpired and
broke out at the last party he had. When Mr. Jackson was explaining
this to the person he was talking with, Mr. Williford came out the front
door of the community center with a groups of individuals he was
playing basketball with including P-Dog (Patrick Clemmer) the person
who convinced Mr. Williford to go outside and confront the individuals
who were looking for him for taking their drugs.

 Mr. Williford went outside and begin yelling across the street to Mr.
Berry taunted him about taking the drugs from him and telling him he
wasn't giving him nothing back. As Mr. Williford was saying all this he
was standing directly behind Mr. Jackson on the upper entrance side
walk that lead into the community center. Mr. Jackson was standing
right in front of Mr. Wiliford on the lower level of the side walk that lead
into the entrance of the community center below the cement stairs.
     As Mr. Williford was yelling at Mr. Berry across the street and Mr.
Jackson was talking to the person that inquired about the house party
on the side walk of the front entrance of the community center between 
the curb of the front entrance parking Lott and cement stairs.
     The person that was talking to Mr. Jackson begin to walk off once
the two of them finished talking about the inquiry of the party which is
around the same time Mr. Rufus Young (AKA "Mr. B") pulled up in his
yellow truck coming to work. Mr. Young got out of his truck as he
witness Mr. Jackson standing right in front of the front entrance of the
community center. Mr. Young walked passed Mr. Jackson and spoke to
him and Mr. Jackson replied to Mr. Young with a mutual greeting. Mr.
Jackson was concluding his conversation with the person that inquired
about the house party when Mr. Young was entering into the community
center. Mr. Young ten turned right around and based back towards his
truck to retrieve a news paper as Mr. Jackson was beginning to walk off
towards the direction of Martin Luther king street from the drive way in
the direction towards his house when the shot from a gun went off right
as Mr. Jackson was beginning to walk off.

Mr. Jackson and Mr. Young ducked down at the same time from noise
of the gunshot that was fired from the gun Mr. Simpson shot Mr.
Williford with. Mr. Jackson turned around as he was beginning to
realize the shots was over and witnessed Mr. Williford laying on the
ground going into convulsions.
     Mr. Jackson then walked across the street and followed Mr. Berry
and his friends as they walked south down Dr. Martin Luther king Drive
and caught up with them in the Bank parking Lott and Mr. Jackson
confronted Mr. Berry and his friends about them being responsible for
shooting Mr. Williford over the drugs Mr. Williford took from him. Mr.
Jackson told Mr. Berry to his face that he was bogus for having Mr.
Williford shot over Marquez's drugs that Mr. Williford took from him and
that Mr. Jackson previously told Mr. Berry if he done anything to Mr.
Williford over the drugs conflict that him and Mr. Williford was having,
then he was no longer welcome to Barbara and Mr. Jackson house for
anymore of their future house party's. This concludes the factual history
leading up to how, who and why Mr. Williford was shot and killed over
drugs Mr. Williford took from Mr. Berry which absolutely had nothing to
do with Mr. Jackson being involved.

The prosecutor vindictively prosecuted Mr. Jackdon in this case
simply because Mr. Jackson refuse to testify in behalf of the state in
Mr. Berry trial and would not jeopardize his family safety to help the
state prosecute Mr. Berry.
 
     The state prosecutor initially considered Mr. Jackson a eye witness
and not a suspect all the way up until Mr. Jackson refused to testify
against Mr. Berry at Mr. Berry trial. Then thats when the state created
this concocted false allegation that Mr. Jackson was involved in this
homicide with Mr. Berry once the state got a bunch of gang members to
come to court and falsely implicate Mr. Jackson into this crime when
the evidence clearly reveals that Mr. Jackson had no motive or reason
to be involved in committing this crime. Mr. Jackson had more motive
and reason to try to prevent and stop Mr. Berry and his friends from
committing this crime because Mr. Williford was Mr. Jackson friend not
his enemy. Clearly the motive behind the shooting was Darnell Williford
struck Mr. Berry in the face and snatched his drugs and ran which is no
motive for Mr. Jackson to want Mr. Williford dead.  The prosecutor
made Mr. Jackson a party to this crime in a false theory they mislead
the jury to believe which was farthest from the truth. The state
prosecutor own key witnesses that they used in Mr. Jackson trial
against him has recanted and publicly admitted they lied against Mr.
Jackson at his trial for a lot of trivial reasons, ultimately motivated by
either hiding their own involvement or motivated by some hope and
anticipation of some kind of deal as they confessed to news reporter
Janine Anderson from the Racine Journal who interviewed these
witnesses that confessed to her that they lied on Mr. Jackson.

Even the shooter himself confessed to multiple people that he lied on
Mr. Jackson out of coercion and intimidation by the corrupt police
officer Mr. Jon Soderberg and the prosecutor's who Mr. Simpson said
intimidated him by threatening to move him far away from his family if
he refused to cooperate, so Mr. Simpson says he just told the police and
prosecutor what they wanted to hear.

She said she change her not guilty verdicts and went along with the rest of the jurors verdict to vote guilty out of convenience because she didn't want to hold the rest of the jurors back after a ten day trial.
