This started with the Cold Case Investigation Research Institute and LPA and then at CrimeCon this year conversations were awesome. It inspired us to get the ball rolling! This action is a team effort that includes so many amazing people. It is not just CCIRI, it is not just LPA, but people from literally all over the country and the world that have discussed laws like this for years and who are joining together to work towards making it happen.
