Reforming Child Protective Services (CPS) and Foster Care Systems
To: United States Congress and State Legislatures We, the undersigned, urge you to reform the Child Protective Services (CPS) and foster care systems in the United States. The current system is flawed, prioritizing profit over the well-being and safety of children.
The Issues:
1. CPS removes children from loving families based on false accusations, causing irreparable harm.
2. The foster care system prioritizes profit, with CPS agencies and foster parents receiving financial incentives for each child in their care.
3. Children are bounced from home to home, never experiencing stability or permanence.
4. The adoption process is lengthy and expensive, making it inaccessible to many loving families.
Our Demands:
1. Abolish the current CPS system and replace it with a new agency focused on supporting families, rather than separating them.
2. Establish a facility in every county, dedicated to providing temporary care and adoption services for children. These facilities should be fully funded by the government and provide adoption services free of charge.
3. Ensure that these facilities are staffed with trained social workers, counselors, and medical professionals who prioritize the well-being and safety of children and families and the reunification of families is top priority and must be done as soon as possible if it is possible.
4. Implement a streamlined adoption process that prioritizes the best interests of the child and eliminates unnecessary barriers and costs.
5. Provide education, training, and resources for social workers, adoptive families, and community members to ensure that every child has a loving and permanent home.
6. Police departments will be the sole authority responsible for removing children from families, but only when there is concrete evidence to believe the child is in imminent danger.The police must have undeniable evidence to remove a child from their home. They must receive a warrant for removal of a child. Also no warrant should be given without concrete evidence.There should be no investigations on anyone's home without proof of wrong doing. Also we would like anyone who illegally removed a child from their home held responsible and for the law to give them kidnapping charges weather that be through lying to remove the child or doing it without evidence. All parties involved can be punished and their should be no statue of limitations on a time frame of when they can face accountability. There will be no more qualified immunity for any CPS worker or any person who has anything to do with removing a child from their home without the proper concrete evidence.

Everyone says they want to be saved, but when it comes to having faith in God, they stand in the midst of their storm, fearing the boats will tip.
God says today: have faith. God will bless you for following Him. One day you'll mount wings like an eagle, and you won't grow faint. You'll rise up to heaven and be judged. So before you curse someone else, know you're only cursing yourselves. Everything you do will come back to you like a boomerang.
It's time for reform in the Child Protective Services (CPS) and foster care systems. The current system is flawed, prioritizing profit over the well-being and safety of children and families. We need a system that supports families, rather than separating them. Here's what we demand:
Do not let counselors decide weather or not a family can do family counseling. Family counseling starts day after removal and parents should be involved in the new system that is built ,giving them rights to come to the facility and see their children daily at no cost. No parent should be denied a relationship with their child. Also with parents permission family members can see the children as well.
No more profit from taking children. We will use donations and pay people the lowest minimum wage to take care of the children in the new facility. There should be one nurse and enough consolors to complete everything families need. In every facility there should be a ratio of 6 babies under age of 1 to one person at a time
12 children ages 1-2 for one staff member.
From ages 3-17 children will be in groups of 25 for one care taker. Children will remain together in one huge room only the under 1 section will be separated from the sleeping area of the other children. They will also need 2 kitchen people working around the clock at all times . All workers will have to agree that reunification is there goal for these children and if any member of the facility talks badly about a parent to a child it will be immediate termination. Depending on the amount of children is the amount of workers that will be needed. Also to take away cost it can be a position that is considered voluntary that accepts people who are willing to volunteer. Also it can be a position where people can serve their community services at eliminating the cost of paying workers to take care of the children.
Childrens parents will receive an updated report weekly explaining everything that has happened with their child in the facility and it will be emailed to parents.All records and medical reports and everything will be given in email weekly. No excuses it's a parents right to have their child's medical information! Also if any injury occurs and any child is hurt the parents will be notified immediately unless they are up for adoption.
Children will have a donation of clothes to go through in the facility.
Toys can be donated too.
Our government will no longer fund taking children from parents when it's not necessary in any way shape or form besides paying for the things the kids and families actually need like buildings and the electric bill and gas and water tv and Internet and repairs if needed also the children will be given school items that will remain at the facility when they leave. The government will pay for food and medical of the children and the medical needed for families to get help they need. Also the government will fund a play ground and a nice indoor play room .Our government will no longer give any money to anyone's pockets for removal of children. Instead the government will fund reunification and free adoptions.The entire facility will be under 24(7 surveillance where everyone in the world including the parents can view the footage. The front door will be locked and have to be opened. The medal detectors will be gone through by everyone. Anyone who carries a gun in the building will spend life behind bars without a trail or a hearing . No harm will be done to children in the facility. The facility has 1 month to reunify the family. No extensions every family deserves reunification. No dragging it to court or making parents pay to see their kids. No more making parents pay court fees to be a parent.
We the people demand that our rights as parents of our children are respected by the government.
In the only case where children are removed and put up for adoption immediately will be because a death of a child occurred for reasons of abuse neglect or murder with evidence that the parent is at fault. Also children will not be given back to parents who have raped anyone. With proofe that a parent has raped someone is enough to remove the children and place them up for adoption immediately.
One month reunification and children back in their own homes. This will insure the system works towards reunification and regardless of what's completed or not parents will be able to take there children home in one months time if they don't need rehab.
In cases where parents need rehab the parents must comply immediately with treatment and get the help they need in order to take their children home they must complete the rehab they need. Children will remain taken care of by the facility until the parents complete the program that is needed to recover.
Parents that are in jail they must find family members to take their children and if they are not able then their child will go up for adoption if they are in jail for more then 90 days and can't find a family or friend to care for their child until they are released.
Child can be released to family members or friends if family members or friends aren't murders or haven't raped anyone they will be approved but the facility must have the parents permission to place them with a family member.
The facilities will hold fund raisers and events to help raise money in there county to fund the facility to help the government from having to pay.
These events will include family fun for the entire county that is affordable and fun for families.
The facilities will be in charge of helping bring communities together and helping families in need.
The facilities will all be called Families Forever in every county and the facilities will accept donations 24(7 . That the government will receive every dime of donations and be able to help give families and towns what they need out of the money.

Families Forever is a facility that was designed to help a broken system that is taking children for profit. Some families need help and it's time we build a facility that is kind and caring to the situations these families face.
Having our donations to these facilities one day open a huge farm where local people can receive free food and instructions on how to store it instead of food stamps and stores we should be growing food and helping people learn how to can food. Teaching our towns how to grow their own food and saving the government money. By offering a farm where people can help plant grow and harvest food for their own families instead of going to grocery stores . Making America a place where families and towns work together to help provide everything people need to survive free of taking our tax dollars in order to fund food stamps.
Instead allow families in need to come work on helping grow food and not expecting a hand out from the government. Families need their independence and to be able to support and provide for their own families. Instead of giving people everything we should be offering a way to make the situation better. Towns could easily start creating farms and teaching residents how to produce their own food. Those who are not able to get their own food should be delivered food to their door steps by local people from the citzen centers who can pick food up and drop it off. Those without cars should have free transportation through buses in every town . Buses that take people where they need to go free of charge and the farm plants that go up off of the families forever facility will be us declaring this is God's country where American people come together and work together in order to help feed everyone in there towns.
Also if a family is poor and in need we need to give them the tools they need in order to survive. Having a facility that offers poor families assistance until they can get back up on there feet. My father always told me if you do not work you do not eat that should be our motto in the United States. If parents refuse to help on the farm and still want free food it shouldn't be permitted if they are able to walk and talk and they can feed themselves then they can help produce food on a farm.
Families Forever supports making America's families that are in need more independent and to learn that they can grow a seed and turn it into food. Our government has funded many people's families to eat but if they provided every town land and seeds then our families wouldn't depend on government assistance.
In the future I hope to have wells placed in town to eliminate people needing to pay a water bill.
Depending on how many donations are received we want the money spent to help towns and families as a whole.
We could build facilities for the homeless parents near our farms and demand the people to work on the farm as well as find a job in order to receive their own residence. If parents refuse to work on the farm and do not want to find a job then there children can go up for adoption and we will no longer fund them to stay on the farm. The farms could help feed the children in the facility and maybe even eventually eliminate needing food stamps .
We are demanding that rent and homes be made affordable to the poor people on minimum wage that way people don't need hud to pay there rent.
If we placed a program letting poor families buy an affordable tiny home and gave poor people an opportunity to buy their houses for an affordable amount it would make it so that the government isn't paying peoples rent. Allowing families to be able to afford to take care of their own families and pay to be able to own their homes in the future allowing them to pay the government for property taxes. So it be like hud only the difference would be these people are being given an opportunity to have a forever place to call home. Also the families will be given a job if they can't find one and they will work to be able to afford the home their family needs. Giving poor families an affordable way of living and charging them 2 times the amount the tiny home is worth because they can only pay very little to afford to live making people wait longer for their money but giving the poor the help they need at a cost and the government would profit off of helping the poor by giving them a home they paid for and profiting the amount of their home just for helping them.
We need a jobs list that can allow people to walk in get a job the same day and have planned transportation to their job and planned transportation for kids to daycare that way parents can financially support their children.
I think that being able to help families thrive should be America's top priority.
All I know is America is paying far to much for foster parents to pretend to care. These children need their families and things have to change.
The facilities top priority will be to help families in need . Also it will ensure children's safety.
