We the family of the incarcerated who are housed in California State Prisons oppose forced mixing of hostile groups were enemies are being forced together. Mixing 50/50 yards is dangerous and will make things worse by causing horrific encounters. This is premeditated murder. CDCR will be accountable.

People that are being forced to leave secure housing units fear that they will be mistrusted and attacked in the general population. This will increase prison politics and racial animosity spreading violence across facilities. Both sides are at risk of death,severe injuries and longer sentences.

If inmates are non-compliant with the transfer they can receive disciplinary measures and possibly placed in a higher level housing. People who are working hard to come home are in fear of getting new charges added to their sentence or write ups jeopardizing their release date. CDCR knows exactly what they are doing. And we will fight to the end.

Also there is no hardship transfers only disciplinary transfers at this time. Kathleen Allison you know exactly what you are doing to our loved ones.  This is inhumane, and abuse. You are starting bloodshed wars between the incarcerated putting them together and in danger. CDCR just doesn't care about the incarcerated. They treat them like animals just thrown in a cage. There are other issues with CDCR. They just received a $13 billion dollar budget so what is that money going to be used for not our loved ones

Kathleen Allison has been in office since Oct. 2020. She has done nothing for the prison system.  She has taken away milestones that were earned by our loved ones. So they have no credits to be deducted off their sentences.Theres no heat or hot water or no air conditioning for these men and women. CDCR has them living like animals not human beings. Shes refusing to give pandemic credits or any kind of credits to anybody. Which they all deserve to get. Our loved ones are treated horribly the prisons are inhumane. They have black mold within the walls Shes only allowing video calls once a month for 15 mins.  She simply doesn't care.

She is not doing any kind of reform or rehabilitation. She has strictly cut off everything  to all these men and women behind the walls.How can any human being live locked up 24-7 in a cage. There is no rehabilitating at all. We need Kathleen Allison removed before another loved one doesn't make it home. We want her to be accountable for the mistreatment and inhumane of the incarcerated. Where are their  rights??? Why won't she release the ones that have finished their base term. You want to know why. She sees the incarcerated as dollar signs.  She lied in the assembly meeting. All directives she says she doing or going to do is a lie. She can never give a straight answer to any questions. For her being CDCR Secretary shes cold hearted, selfish and useless at her job. We need someone who is compassionate, who has a heart for the men and women inside those walls and doesn't see them as a paycheck and knows how to do their job. .
