We dont want our green bins emptied every four weeks, we already are having problems with the three week emptying enforced on us. We have an increased fly /vermin problem. fly tipping has increased remarkably and the streets are a mess with garbage dropped blown from overflowing bins. Families and disabled are suffering the most but everyone is being inconvenienced with all the problems this is causing, We have no objections to recycling but nobody should have to keep garbage in a bin for four weeks this is totally unacceptable
