  We The People of the United States implore Senator Sanders to run as a 3rd Party Candidate; considering the Democratic National Committee has demonstrated an unethical bias toward the success of Former Secretary Clinton's Presidential Campaign.

  The contractual agreement between Senator Sanders and the Democratic Committee was made in bad faith (by the DNC) and is therefore NULL AND VOID; releasing Senator Sanders from any ethical obligation to the agreement between himself, The Democratic National Committee and Former Secretary Clinton.

  The People have every right to a fair and Democratic election.  What we are witnessing now is neither fair nor Democratic:

  Democratic National Committee(DNC) unethically becomes Partisan in favor of H. Clinton under D. Wasserman-Shultz by:

• Scheduling primary debates to garner as few viewers as possible;
• Limiting exposure of candidates, effectively “protecting” H. Clinton from scrutiny and limiting exposure to other candidates.
• Clinton grassroots field offices co-located at DNC offices.
• Dismantling Bernie Sanders’ campaign over one staffer’s mistake.
• DNC finance chair caught raising money for Clinton.
•The DNC lined up superdelegates for Clinton before first debate.
                           Highly unethical and non-Democratic.

• DNC funnels contribution funds from state level candidates back to Hillary Clinton Victory Fund which allowed for Millions of Dollars to be spent on HRC Direct Mailings.

 

• Voter suppression (Democrat Party) has been noted in multiple states:

• Arizona- Phoenix mayor requests federal investigation after H. Purcell downsizes precincts and blames voter attendance for the problem.

                              non-Democratic and unprofessional.

• Massachusetts- Bill Clinton breaks election laws by entering and soliciting precincts, inoculating himself by appearing with the Mayor of Boston.                

                  Extremely unethical, unlawful and non-Democratic.

• Illinois- Bill Clinton campaigns outside polls and thousands of voters are turned away due to ballot shortage.             

                  Extremely unethical, unlawful and non-Democratic.

• Michigan- Same thing!              

                   Extremely unethical, unlawful and non-Democratic.

• Nevada- Senator Reid called in favors to have casino employees sent to caucuses for Clinton.                   

                        Extremely unethical, and non-Democratic.

•New York- 100,000+ voters purged from Brooklyn voter rolls eliciting investigations and lawsuits.             

           Extremely unethical, unlawful and non-Democratic.
