Fairy Tails Adoptions: Please help us bring Pepper home!

The Issue

Please join us in asking Donna Halpern of Fairy Tails Adoptions to please help bring Pepper Home. It has been over 6 months since he has been in our arms and we are suffering. As a family we will do anything to save Pepper and bring him home alive. We desperately want our dog back. He was ripped from our lives and we are not giving up on him. She knows exactly where he is and who she gave him to. We are asking her to please look up her T-Mobile phone/text log for February 2016 and contact the people who have our dog. We ask that she find that person and just return our dog.

Do you have a Schnauzer from Fairy Tails Adoptions in Miami or know someone who does?

We're offering a $2,500 REWARD for info leading to the return of our male schnauzer Pepper. He was sold or given to the wrong family around February 8, 2016 by Donna Halpern the founder of Fairy Tails Adoptions in Miami and she refuses to help us. We're asking our friends to please help. Please help end our suffering and reunite us with our dog.

PI Jamie Katz tracks a missing dog named Pepper

Our dog Pepper went missing on Thursday 2-4-2016 and our family has been ripped apart. Next to losing a loved one, the pain of losing our beloved Pepper has been unbearable. We have searched everyday for him. When we discovered Pepper was missing, my husband and our four children immediately searched for him in our neighborhood and at Miami Dade Animal Services. We created flyers, desperately knocked on doors, canvassed the entire area on foot and by car and could not find him. We felt so helpless and scared for his safety. It's a terrifying feeling not knowing where he is or if he is safe. Shortly after he got lost, Pepper was found by a good Samaritan just a few blocks away and about 30 seconds by car from our home. She gave him shelter and searched for us. On Saturday 2-6-2016 she brought Pepper to Donna Halpern the founder of Fairy Tails Adoptions to help locate the owner. She believed Donna would do her due diligence and make an extensive effort to find the owners. She did not.

On Monday 2-8-2016, after Donna Halpern at Fairy Tails Adoptions had our dog for less than 48 hours, she claimed a family that only spoke spanish called her cellphone and she gave them her address. Upon arriving, the mystery family, provided no proof of ownership or vet records. There's no proof the family even exists or even were there. No photo obtained of this reunion. No photo proof at all. No vet records were shown or copied. No proof of ownership was provided. There was no home check. She said he looked happy and jumped into their car so it must have been his family. We don't fully believe that story. We believe she sold our young male, gray schnauzer to someone the week of 2-8-2016 for a profit.

On Wednesday 2-10-2016, just two days later we learned about this and quickly drove to her home where Pepper was held. She recalled he was even wearing our red collar and stated yes this was our dog and she had made a mistake. Instead of calling the other family she offered us another old schnauzer for free "at a financial loss" to her. We want our dog! She 100% promised us she would call us the next day with the phone number of the mystery family that called her. She admitted to us the dog she had was ours and even left us a voicemail.

Then she refused to help us and started to verbally attack our family.

She admitted the dog was ours and she would help us, then she claimed she deleted their phone number and won't help us. We asked her to check her T-Mobile phone and text log for that week and she refuses. We asked her to bring both families together so we can have this conversation and she refuses.
