Fairfax County bureaucrats want to restrict the size of flags you can fly at your own home, including American flags! The new rule would:

• Ban American flags larger than 24 square feet.
• Ban Fallen Hero Flags, which drape caskets of fallen soldiers and are 50 square feet.
• Restrict homeowners to 2 flags, which would include state, military, or college flags.
• Restrict the height of flagpoles at single family homes to 25 feet.

Why you might ask? That's a great question - for what purpose do they wish to limit the rights of Americans to fly flags on their own property? It's simply unconscionable and un-American. If you agree, sign this petition and tell Fairfax County NO!
