We the undersigned, endorse the proposal for the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors to appoint a Citizen Complaint Oversight Board to accept and investigate citizens allegations of police abuse, misconduct or negligence and report its finidings and recommendaitons to the Chief of Police and/or the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.
